Reserve a traves de Buscounchollo dos noches en el alojamiento.El mismo dia de la.llegada tuve un colico nefritico.Llame para informar al portal y,dado que era puente,entendi que asi podrian aprovechar para abrir otra reserva.El portal me ofrecio intentar un reembolso,dadas la circuntancias,para lo envie el informe de ingreso hospitalario,demostrando la causa mayor.Hoy,un mes y medio despues y tras infinitas reclamaciones,me contestan con un no rotundo.Comprension CERO!

When assessing a hotel we must take into account the price we paid. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights ( half board ) at a very reasonable price so I have to say it was good value for money. The room was comfortable and clean but there is no air conditioning and we were there during a very hot spell so it was rather stuffy. Even opening the window didn't help much . The breakfast which was included was very poor so we opted to pay a small supplement for a buffet meal but that wasn't very good either. The choices for the evening meal were also very limited so this hotel is not a gastronomic treat . However , as I said , you get what you pay for.
