酒店前台晚班服務員態度很差，沒素質……
你叫我交按金沒問題，我問他你樓上房間有消費品嗎？她説沒有。你要給我兩個房卡，她説沒有。
可以隨時幫你開門。OK沒問題。
我晚上很晚回到酒店，叫前台服務員開一下門，她拿個房卡給我，叫我開了門以後，把房卡送回前台來。
