We spent 2-night in Kyraid and the room we booked is spacious. It would be better if the construction noise is lower or happens at the later which will not disturb sleeping at early morning 6-7AM.
Secondly, the cleanliness should have been better.Some stains on the desk or table.
Anyway,thanks to the delicious breakfast and free supper at night.Metro 茶之山 to Mt.Yulue and 五一 both convenient.
The staffs service also not bad. The 5 star is for hotel management team and operation team kinda encouragement，plz try do more improvement.

真的很喜歡這個酒店，設施設備都非常新，床很舒適，特別的軟，被子親膚，酒店的各項服務都非常的專業，前台的小姐姐們顏值都非常的高，點贊，體驗很好，下次首選，也會推薦朋友過來，酒店位於湘江金融中心，網紅景點漁人碼頭附近，地理位置相當不錯，酒店的樓層也比較高，在房間能夠完美夜景，真的超級好，誇爆這個酒店。來長沙真的必住。

自駕遊途徑長沙遊玩5月14日，15日住了兩晚，房間舒適，乾淨，有專門茶室，有隔音耳塞，晚上能看到對岸夜景，工作人員熱情，有禮貌。服務細節做的蠻好的,做完衞生會用毛巾墊着客人用品。洗衣房的洗衣機和乾衣機都有男女士，小童專用的分離，這點很貼心。雖然，前台和餐廳都比較少，洗衣房和健身房共用空間，但小而精。
建議，加強房間設備的檢查和維護，入住房間的冰箱會有噪音，淋浴花灑會漏水。早餐時間段人多的話會較為擁擠，可以適當的引流或分流一下早餐人員。

超好的酒店.前台會提前打電話聯繫好我的入住時間 詢問對房間的要求（樓層、尾房、電梯口..）辦理入住工作人員會細心詢問以及登記訊息 ，什麼好玩的好吃的都可以問他們。還可以隨時聯繫的管家方式（小哥哥小姐姐超 Nice）.樓下就有地鐵站可以直接去五一廣場.位置特別的方便環境特別好，離漁人碼頭也很近.這才是長沙真正的必住榜.真的快沖，超級推薦家人們入住。
