前台很好，進來有熱毛巾和熱水
電吹風太奇葩了，不知道要抓住哪幾個點才感應
説了要個安靜的房，但是安排在了麻將房旁邊的，晚上1點了，旁邊還打開門打麻將，吵啊鬧啊，門一直開開關關，睡不好非常影響第二天的考試

住了幾次麗楓酒店我覺得談不上多豪華但是一定是比較乾淨整潔的，但是這個麗楓酒店我真的是大無語，一進門就是濃濃的煙味，我帶了一個2歲的寶寶，我就和客服説煙味的事情，結果她凌晨四點才回我…………然後就是床上有頭髮，馬桶上還有尿液………我寶寶睡了一晚上鼻炎發了，臉上都是疹子………我搞不懂房間不禁煙就算了。為什麼不開窗通風，還把門窗緊閉！！！！！

入住的時候就給升級了房型，升級後的這間房，真的很不錯，浴室都是乾濕分離的，這性價比真的不錯，糖豆

入住兩天，每天都有人在門口塞小卡片
辦理入住時前台兩位同事愛搭不理
入住第一天靠腳椅上有個燙壞的洞，漱口杯的杯底是碰碎的
吹風機是感應的但是反應不太好用。
上一次住武漢的麗楓，工作人員和環境都很好，所以這次也選擇了麗楓，但是整體體驗並不好。

首先前台工作人員態度不好，早上退房由於開發票時磨磨蹭蹭，工作人員耽誤時間，我就溝通開好下午來取，下午到了之後沒開也沒人知道這個事。第二：18號退的房，21號發現自己東西洗護用品總共4件掉在酒店浴室,22號攜程工作人員協調酒店前台去找在房間裏找到，但是少了一個洗面奶，從22號中午溝通到晚上七點半無果，酒店人員微信不回，解釋就是沒有，這裡有4個問題：1.18號到22號四天客房清潔人員就沒有發現客人物品嗎，還是沒有打掃衞生。2.客房人員發現物品不會反饋到前台嗎3.酒店在少了一樣東西之後沒有任何反應，衹是説我沒有丟4.東西需要幫忙寄出，現在也還沒有動靜，訊息也不回。總之這次體驗特別差，希望相關人員看到儘快給答覆！

經常在這邊開房休息，覺得這邊無論是從環境還是服務來説都是非常不錯的，首先，環境優雅，很舒適，其次這邊打掃房間的阿姨都非常的好，任勞任怨，叫她們拿點什麼她們絲毫不吝嗇，打掃衞生也沒有任何怨言

酒店很棒。睡覺很安靜，裝修也很温馨，用品啥的也很乾凈，前台小哥人帥，服務態度很好，凌晨到店，找前台想多要雙拖鞋，很快就送來了，也沒有不耐煩。很感恩！值得推薦Y
