服務態度超級好，帶着外婆旅遊，想換一個有窗的房間，前台帥哥直接幫忙免費升級換房了，還耐心推薦了當地美食。
最主要是酒店設計很新穎，過道燈光偏暗，到達房間開燈後煥然一新，真的有醒山的感覺，很適合年輕人住。

特別是5.8號晚 和5.9號早的前台服務人員 態度好 服務也特別有耐心 尤其是晚上的夜班的小哥哥 細心修理了 門 特別特別有耐心 也很有禮貌

酒店給人眼前一亮的感覺，我們也特別喜歡這個風格，晚上很安靜，隔音效果挺好的，昨天狂風暴雨一點兒都沒聽到，打掃衞生也很及時，帶着孩子還提供了小童拖鞋和牙刷，入住時送了雞尾酒和小甜品，離店時還送了小禮品，非常貼心，下次還會再來光顧的。

我個人對酒店的住房要求還是比較高的，這家酒店有一説一地理位置可能不是特別好找但進去讓人眼前一亮，有別於傳統酒店那樣，更適合年輕人裝修偏向賽博朋克和巖洞風格，前台很客氣服務態度很好不輸四星以上的酒店哦。房間衞生做的還是不錯的房間設計也比較貼心一應俱全。已經收藏酒店下次來長沙一定會作為首選

酒店位置很好 去各個景點都不算遠 打車很方便
很喜歡房間的風格 簡約清新舒適的感覺 拍照很出片 床品設施也不錯 乾淨整潔衞生 臨走還送了兩個自製的香薰蠟燭 管家服務超好還會推薦附近美食 老闆很用心了！

經常住酒店，這一次來長沙遊玩在小紅書上做了攻略，看到了這一家，這個房間搭配這個價格，簡直就是美爆了，如果環境可以打90分，那麼服務一定是100分，可以媲美火鍋中的海底撈服務級別每一位服務人員都是年輕人，均能夠做到有求必應類型的，而且超出服務範疇內的，衹要和前台商量均能夠得到積極響應，妥善處理，另外房間內淋浴的水流足夠大很好，吹風機徠芬的，處處體現了年輕人時尚的風格，體驗感不錯👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
