A relaxing getaway! Lily was very attentive and helpful. Sandy, the barista, was also very sweet :) The bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly though. There were clumps of hair left in the shower and on the floor.

My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

The interior hot springs didn't work. There was no bubbles or other springs at the interior pools.
Fortunately the outside from the spa was very nice.
The room's floor was sinking when you walk.

五一出遊，價格翻了近一倍！先説優點吧：1、酒店環境不錯，空氣很好。2、小孩子遊玩的項目很多，有室內和室外，適合親子游！3、第四天早上趕早班火車，沒辦法吃早飯，和前台説了以後，幫我打包了兩份，早上帶走，早上六點就準備好了，點贊！缺點：1、酒店硬件有點舊了，我們住的房間地板陷下去一塊，（339房間，請及時維修）不小心的會崴腳！2、酒店服務人員不是很專業，晚上九點多到的，房間路不熟，路上正好有服務人員路過，路是很熱心的幫我帶了，可是還是邊吃東西，邊帶路，感覺不是很專業，我也是沒見過哪個酒店的工作人員是這樣的隨意的！3、房間打掃不及時，當天晚上吃的夜宵，碗竟然在第二天房間收拾過以後，還在桌子上，打到前台讓拿走，也是過了很久，在第二次催促下才拿走的，第三天我上午九點半出去，下午兩點半回來竟然房間還沒有打掃，催了兩次，半個小時以後才來，我也是醉了！住了這麼多城市的國內酒店，這還是第一次碰到！總體感覺不是很好，服務跟不上它的價格，體驗一次也就夠了！

總體來講，酒店服務拉胯，下大雨，自駕我需要搬行李還需要停車，酒店迎賓服務員應該是實習生，與同事嬉笑，告知不能停車，也不提供停車服務，態度極其惡劣；前台服務員就一個人，接待效率差，攜程訂單含雙早，她不認真看訂單直接告訴我不含早，遇事推諉，説銷售搞錯訂單了，再我明確要給予差評後無動於衷；酒店管理混亂，在我離店以後前後打兩個電話要好評，我實在不知道怎麼給這個度假酒店好評，這是我住過最差的假日酒店。
