The check in process was a breeze, I didn’t catch the gentleman that checked us in but he was very pleasant. Upon getting our room keys I seen the sign about parking which was okay until we scanned the barcode and had to pay for parking which was $10 a night. Not sure why that wasn’t in the description before booking, I would’ve never booked due to the fact I felt I already paid for parking when I booked with you all. We proceeded to try to get to our room but the elevator took a great amount of time not only that but it was only that one elevator working through our entire stay. When we finally got to our room it wasn’t like the pictures were on the website. The bathroom was very small you couldn’t do a full turn around with bumping into the door or the toilet. There was no microwave in the which I thought was very odd as once again not in the description. I will not be booking this hotel again for these reasons.
