The front desk was staffed by a woman who was almost a supervisor. Her service was very poor. The room was stuffy and unventilated, and the elevator was broken.

The environment is nice, but other hotels have a check-out time of 2pm, but this hotel has a check-out time of 1pm without calling to inform us, and they just go in and clean, leaving the guests' belongings in the room
