Extreme cleanliness, automated bidet and heated toilet bowl like those you see in Japan, and the automated blackout curtains and sheer curtains were a great touch. I particularly appreciated the free first found of the minibar which I used, and my package included some high tea and supper, which I chose not to use because I wanted to eat in the city. Unmatched location for business or pleasure. A major upgrade should put the Crowne Plaza back at the top of Chengdu 5* hotels. Excellent club sandwich in 24hr room service and comprehensive and delicious breakfast with Sichuan and Western breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable and a little Chinese goes a long way for the mostly English speaking staff.

I exchanged 60 points for 3 Steam eye mask. The breakfast on the second floor is also good, with both Western and Chinese styles. There are also noodles cooked on site. The texture and ingredients are also good. Corn, sweet potatoes, poached eggs, and brown sugar steamed cakes are all my favorites. There is also freshly ground coffee☕️As a fast hotel, The price/performance ratio is really high.
