I have stayed in so many hotels of different sizes around the world. This hotel is the worst in terms of hygiene, service and environment! The two aunts who made rice noodles and noodles for breakfast treated the customers like prisoners and had a bad temper. They were like Aunt Rong who asked her to add some minced meat to the rice noodles. Not only did she not add it, she also said that this is what we are doing. Her tone was so rude that she would not add it. I am complaining. I complained to the manager. The manager came over to check and ask me what I wanted instead of solving the problem of staff service. He ignored my existence and stayed in a hotel for the first time. I felt aggrieved and sad! Huge noises came from this hotel from all directions. It was noisy from day to late at night and into the morning. There were advertisements downstairs, people doing square dancing, people doing construction, and people playing disco music in the store. It was so noisy that it collapsed! The hygiene is also not up to standard. Women's hair is all over the bathroom wall. It's so dirty. I swear everything I said above is true. There is no lie. The only thing is that the two little girls at the front desk are quite nice!
