The room is big and the location is excellent. It's very close to Taikoo Li. The subway station is only 400 meters away. I highly recommend it. Thanks to the housekeeper Cong Cong. He sent water and shower gel very thoughtfully before leaving (it smells really good). I want to stay here again next time.

Not to mention the location, shopping in Taikoo Li is very convenient, the room facilities are complete, the breakfast is rich, including my favorite skim milk and millet porridge, the noodles cooked by the chef are also very chewy, the reception service is good, and the guests are polite. Be patient and the service training is in place. The only drawback is that the number of elevators is relatively small and the waiting time will be long. It was served at 8 o'clock in the morning. This trip to Chengdu is really looking forward to a long time! I specially selected an awesome hotel, just next to the bustling Chunxi Road, the location is really convenient. It takes a few minutes to walk to Chunxi Road, whether it is shopping or tasting local food is super convenient. It’s very quiet here at night, making me sleep super comfortable, really feel like home. The first moment I drove into the door, I was attracted by the two rigorous automatic lifting locks. The sense of security was full. I felt particularly safe. There was no worry during my stay. The room is spacious and bright. Every morning, when you open your eyes, the sun will fill the whole room, making people feel brighter in an instant. The warm and comfortable atmosphere really makes people feel like they are back home. How can I miss the local food when I arrive in Chengdu? As soon as I arrived in Taikoo Li, I immediately went to taste an authentic hot pot. The delicious and spicy taste was really unbearable. There are also those dazzling snacks, each one is endlessly memorable, it is so fun! Breakfast tell them in advance, they will deliver breakfast to your room door the next morning. Although I need to order in advance, I can't help but think of an advert: let every day start full of surprises and expectations!

Very very pleasant experience! Location - this is a superb location. Food, metro station, centralised, all within walking distance to various attractions. Metro is practically just downstairs E2 and E1 entrance! And many good and super popular food outlets like 冯校长steamboat, 陶德砂锅，麻六记酸辣粉，etc. are iust downstairs! Service - can't say enough, am super happy with every single staff service. Be it front desk (林姓前台服务员）, restaurant or cleaning staff. Room - clean, comfortable bed and pillow, big room. Suggest having the room on the inner side of the hotel. The one facing the road, nice view, but super noisy. My only 2 concerns would be no full length mirror in the room, only 1 half body mirror in bathroom, The other concern is the sound proofing from the corridor. Am always awaken by the noises from corridor in the morning. In any case, I will highly recommend any 1st time visitor to Chengdu to stay in this hotel. Superb! 👍 Just realised a hiccup, a very good lock 🔒 I bought from USA is lost in the room. Wondering what happened. Hopefully it could be recovered by the hotel. Will update all.

Loved this hotel! Beautiful rooms, very kind and helpful staff. I felt welcome even as a foreigner with very limited Mandarin proficiency. This hotel was located only a few minute walk away from Xinnanmen Metro Station which has a very convenient route. I was able to take the subway to major tourist attractions like the Chengdu panda research base and Kuanzhai Alley, as well as the train station, which I used to get to Dujiangyan and Mount Qingcheng.
