Chengdu Kuanzhai People's Park Subway Station Atour S Hotel

Chengdu University of TCM/Kuanzhai Alley nearby area Chengdu|1.41km from Sichuan-style Bonsai Garden
Hygiene: Everything is OK. It is not bad for a newly opened hotel. There are alcohol tablets to clean the toilet. I am very satisfied. Environment: The location is good. It is very close to the People's Park and is very convenient. However, due to the traffic volume, it is quite noisy. When sleeping, the double-layer soundproof glass must be closed. After closing it, the noise is not bad. Service: Average, the basics are in place, it’s just a formality, but it doesn’t really help customers solve their problems. Facilities: I am very satisfied with the dressing mirror and the smart toilet is also very good, but there is definitely something wrong with the air conditioner in 608 The whole incident: the air conditioner in 608 overheated. During the day, the indoor temperature reached 33 degrees with the windows closed (no pictures were taken here). I called the front desk and said that the central air conditioner was not able to do anything. They asked me to open the window to ventilate and turn off the air conditioner. But be careful. As I said before, this hotel will be noisy if you don’t close the windows. From the moment you enter the hotel, all the staff will remind you to close the windows and soundproof. But the front desk gave me such a plan? ? Sleeping with the window open is beyond their imagination. Of course it was still daytime, so I followed the front desk’s advice, turned on the window and turned off the air conditioner, and went out to play. When I came back in the evening, after a whole afternoon of turning off the air conditioner and ventilating, the room temperature was still 30 degrees, and it was too hot at 12 o’clock in the middle of the night. Sleeping proves that the solution provided by the front desk fails. The second time I called the front desk, they still told me that the central air conditioner was like this and couldn't be adjusted. They asked me to find an air cooler for me. It was ridiculous that it wasn't an air conditioner. If I put another electrical appliance in the room, it would only generate more heat and increase the room. The temperature is good! ! Then I asked to change to a thin quilt, and the front desk agreed verbally. After a long time, they gave me a quilt with the same thickness as the standard one in the room. Let me ask you, are your waiters so careless when serving? Just get a thinner quilt? ? Don’t you know what kind of quilt you have in your room? ! It's past 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, which means waiting for half an hour in vain. I suggested again that a thin quilt cover would be fine and was given a quilt cover. But it’s really too hot at 30 degrees with the window open. It’s annoying even if you don’t sleep with short sleeves. Not to mention the temperature will be higher if you close the window. I still can’t sleep well. I should call the front desk to ask if there are similar situations in other rooms and if they can be changed. In other rooms, there are no marginal room heaters that are not as hot. The front desk checked for a long time and said that there was a downgraded double bed room that could be changed to. Then I asked if the room temperature was lower, or if it was the same, the front desk said they didn't know. I would like to ask, it is almost 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. I want to change rooms to cool down. You said that you have a room, but you don't care whether the room temperature is normal. If it is extremely hot again, do you want me to move my luggage in the middle of the night for nothing? ? Finally, at my strong request, the front desk gave me a downgraded room, saying that the room temperature was 27 degrees. We agreed to move there. We went there and saw that the actual temperature in the room was 18 degrees. (I laughed so hard that 27 degrees was not made up or not. How did it come about?) I finally slept in a normal temperature. It was already past one o'clock in the evening. Throughout the above process, it can only be seen that the staff has no real intention to help the guests solve the problem. From the first suggestion to open the window, the guests have to endure the noise, and then there is nothing they can do. The hotel settings, in When guests come up with various solutions to solve their problems, the staff do it in a perfunctory manner. They don't take the initiative to come up with solutions, and even discount the implementation. The whole attitude is just a formality and they don't help solve actual problems. It's really rubbish.

My recent stay at this Chengdu hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I have several reasons to rave about it: To begin with, the hotel's location is undeniably prime, nestled right in the heart of Chengdu. This central position made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's vibrant offerings. Remarkably, it's also one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in under $200 USD, offering exceptional value for the discerning traveler. While the check-in lobby proved slightly confusing to navigate, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist and guide me to the correct destination. Once there, the check-in process was an absolute breeze, and to my delight, they even presented me with a lovely souvenir to take back home as a memento of my stay. The hotel itself exuded a modern and tastefully decorated ambiance, which immediately caught my eye. The room numbers, designed with charming creativity, added a touch of whimsy to the experience. The bathroom featured state-of-the-art amenities, including heated seats, making it an oasis of comfort and luxury. The bed was irresistibly fluffy, and the efficient AC kept the room refreshingly cool during the summer. I particularly appreciated the hotel's thoughtfully curated color scheme, which added to the overall aesthetic appeal. The room's layout was well-planned, maximizing both functionality and comfort. In summary, staying at this Chengdu hotel was an absolute delight, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. With its prime location, exceptional value, modern decor, and well-appointed amenities, it offers an unforgettable experience that you won't regret. 10/10

Ji Hotel (Qintai Road, Kuanzhai Alley, Chengdu)

Chengdu University of TCM/Kuanzhai Alley nearby area Chengdu|0.2km from Sichuan-style Bonsai Garden
All Seasons Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley Qintai Road) During the Spring Festival holiday, stay for 4 nights, superior twin room, 2 rooms, a total of 4,679 yuan, the average price during the holiday is 585 yuan/night. Let me talk about the shortcomings first, the sound insulation is not good, the child next door is crying, the TV next door is really noisy. After feedback with the front desk, the front desk sent a waiter to communicate, and then it was quiet. Advantages: Just beside the subway station, travel is very convenient. You can walk to the Sichuan Museum and Du Fu Caotang, more than ten minutes, and 40 minutes to Shuangliu Airport subway. Going back to the morning subway 6:23 to the station, each station is a perfect transfer, Chengdu subway is very intimate for tourists to consider haha, arrived at the airport on time. The surrounding environment is good, stay in room 8422, 8426, the park is outside the window, the birds and flowers are fragrant, the air is good, the windows are small, and the ventilation is changed. The room is very warm in winter and it is a bit hot to fall asleep at night. There are top sprays and showers, and the overall look is relatively clean The room is quite big, there is a coffee table, convenient for takeaway. We called takeaway for breakfast every day, and we called a supper on the first day. The takeaway was delivered upstairs by the front desk clerk. Overall it is quite satisfactory. Finally, when I checked in, it was the Spring Festival holiday, and I presented fruit and yogurt. My mother next door was two boxes of yogurt. Why are we a box of yogurt? Haha, I don't understand the reason for the difference.

🚗 Transportation: Convenient transportation, bus stops and subway stations are close to 🚌. Opposite is the park, there are many foods nearby 🍲, and there are also small supermarkets. 🧹 Hygiene: There are toilets and bathrooms in the room, good hygiene, details are almost 😁, it is very damp, the walls and ceilings are moldy 👀. But this price is already very good. 🔔 Service: The boss is very friendly, there are very few people under the epidemic, and my room is just me. I hit the down ball 🎱, did not find the mother ball to take the yellow ball to replace 😂. At 1 o'clock in the morning, I suddenly had a rhythmic heart rhythm, a piece of mud, I felt that people were going to pass 😨, and I called for help in horror. Thanks to the boss for calling 120 ambulances 🚑, it was the first time. Fortunately, nothing happened quickly.

It's very good. I stayed for three nights in a row. If I encountered any problems, they were solved immediately. The price/performance ratio is very good. The breakfast is small and well-equipped, and the food is delicious. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the city and Panda Valley. I hope to stay here next time I come to Chengdu.

I accidentally found the hotel. After I checked in, I found that the location was excellent. It was close to the cultural park. The wind and elegant rhyme were in the park. It was a ten-minute walk from Kuanzhai Alley. It took more than ten yuan to take a taxi to Wuhou Temple Jinli. The hotel was clean and clean. The breakfast list was suitable for taste. I dragged two with my friends. The two big and four small stays are very comfortable and will recommend it to friends who come to Chengdu.

The location is very good, just outside Exit D of Qingyang Palace Station. You can directly enter Qingyang Palace through the back door. We originally booked a bamboo repair room, but we were upgraded and provided with breakfast. Breakfast is small and has everything you need, and the dandan noodles are delicious Afternoon tea is provided for free every day, as well as good night sweet soup The butler service is very, very, very attentive, polite and considerate, and full of sincerity. There is also laundry and drying service, delivered to the room The environment is very comfortable and clean. The courtyard is in Chinese style and has a lot of resting space.
