Not change bedsheet quilt cover pillow cover after use another guest. Inspite of packaged drinking water provide unpacked ro water in complimentary.

They messed up with the standard & deluxe room but the photos shown is same with deluxe & they charged for ₹500 extra for it

Fan was not working, ac remote was missing and so can’t run ac, rooms were not clean and smelling.

hotel was clean and the service was decent. size of the room was on the smaller side but it was justified at this price range. staff was well-behaved. overall it was a good stay. would definitely come back if i ever visit moradabad again.

This is not s hotel but only banquet hall with few rooms. The basic services like tea, coffee etc. We're nit available. Lunch and dinner were sourced from outside with no quality control. No laundry service, iron in the room etc. The bedsheets were dirty and the room was dusty. Overall feels like your duped in the name of hotel room. It was scary to be staying there at night when there was no party at the banquet hall and so guests.
