I booked the same day of arrival…they were ready for me, accommodating and very friendly. They have a spa so I splurged with a massage…fabulous. I’m surprised this hotel doesn’t have an “excellent “ rating…they should!

The hotel was okey. However the 4 stars they must have gotten for a VERY long time ago. Looking at the standards such as the interior, furnitures and style it problably would have gotten 2 or 3 stars today. It also smelled smoke of cigarettes all over the hotel. Simply a tired hotel. We would not stay here again for this price.

Abbiamo Passato un weekend al Grand Hotel Terme di Chianciano, esperienza positiva , personale gentile e molto attento, un Ringraziamento Speciale a Davide e Alfonso grandi personaggi. Ci torneremo presto, lo Consiglio caldamente per rilassarsi.

Hotel molto pulito e abbastanza ben attrezzato, personale gentile. Spicca l aperitivo soprattutto grazie alla personalità fantastica di Alfonso, ci ha regalato ottimi cocktail e una piacevole conversazione. Molto professionale con un cuore buono. Bellissima la spa, abbastanza buono il servizio massaggi.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel solo per una notte, utilizzando di pomeriggio il percorso Spa. Cordiali e professionali. La Spa e molto spaziosa e ben organizzata e anche in presenza di 4/5 coppie non si avverte il sovraffollamento. Le camere un po' datate...

Purtroppo le foto sul sito dell’hotel sono fuorvianti , camera logora e poco pulita ( fortunatamente ampia così come il bagno).Nulla di quanto riportato sul sito a riguardo del ristorante corrisponde a quanto , purtroppo, abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di trovare (cibo per mensa aziendale economica).La struttura è molto vecchia e consumata e, da ciò che abbiamo potuto vedere , la manutenzione latita. La nota positiva la si trova nella spa completa e mantenuta ( all’altezza delle foto pubblicate sul sito ) e nella simpatia e loquacità del barman ( al quale va’ un sentito Grazie )

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti usufruendo di un pacchetto che comprendeva un po' di tutto "Gocce di Benessere" in tripla Classic. La nostra esperienza è stata bellissima sotto tutti i punti di vista. Camera grandissima, ristrutturata, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Il personale dell'Hotel è stato sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. L'area Benessere con le 2 piscine le saune, il bagno turco e le docce emozionali fruibili a qualsiasi ora del giorno hanno reso la nostra vacanza eccezionale. Nel pacchetto erano compresi anche i massaggi che ci hanno emozionato. Per finire le cene, il cibo è veramente ottimo, preparato con cura anche nei dettagli, i piatti erano dei veri e propri capolavori. Abbiamo già consigliato ai nostri amici di fare un'esperienza qui e anche noi speriamo di ritornare presto. Grazie di tutto!

Che dire…. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in famiglia , anche se il tempo era brutto ‘ il centro benessere e ristorante ottimi x nn dire la degustazione dei vini da Alfonso in enoteca l’eccellenza dell’ospitalità e anche il suo collega Davide in sala 👏 verremo di sicuro e grazie x i consigli x la tua conoscenza di vini e dei posti Alfonso sei il topppp

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni,ci siamo trovati benissimo, personale cordiale,accesso alla spa illimitato,servizio baby club dove i bambini hanno giocato in tanto che noi eravamo nella spa , ristorante ok, colazione abbondante e varia, menù serale con piatti diversi e gustosi tutto super buono.La camera spaziosa e silenzioso un letto grande con materasso rilassante, arredamento un po' datato soprattutto per i muri ricoperti dei tessuti un po' ingialliti dal tempo ....ma tutto somato siamo stati benissimo.
