Very good and energetic place. The hostess is very sincere and enthusiastic. The host is mysterious and caring. It is a homestay with development potential. It is estimated that it will dominate the first place.
The White House Boutique Chiangrai

My girlfriend and I drive to Chiang Rai from Chiang Mai every two months to visit her parents. As a result I have stayed in almost EVERY hotel within a 45 minute drive of Phan and all have disappointed this fussy Westerner. That is until I stayed at The White House Boutique Resort. I was a little worried to stay here when I read the last review but that was in 2020 when it was obviously being built or refurbished because now it is excellent. I think all the rooms overlook a cute pond with mountain views in the background. Our room was unusual (in line with the boutique description) and more like a little one bedroom house. It was spotlessly clean, the towels were new-looking, the bed linen was very comfortable and clean (and I am very fussy about pristine cotton sheets) and the beds were very comfortable. We were late arriving due to shopping with parents but the duty manager gave us a call to check we were ok which I thought was nice. He helped us with our bags to our room and checked what time we wanted our breakfast delivered to our room! (yes it is brought on a tray to your room!) As you can see from the photo, it is a giant breakfast and we asked only for basic tea coffee and toast! It was all lovely. The biggest and best surprise for me was the ice cold air conditioning! I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand over the last 18 months and I have noticed that there is definitely a propensity for hotels to limit the controls on air conditioning units so you are still sweating with your bed. Not this place, I had a great nights sleep thanks to the White House. My girlfriend and I will be returning every two months so I might see you there! : )

The boss is very nice and can speak Chinese. We booked the bus for us to Chiang Mai the next day as soon as we arrived. We also called for a taxi when we went out. The price was reasonable and would not kill customers. It is very close to Singha Park, and it takes only five minutes to walk. Breakfast is a semi-buffet style. Eggs, rice with soup and pancakes are available for order. You can only choose one, sandwiches, milk, juice, and coffee. The downside is that the location is relatively off, it is difficult to get a car, there is no place to eat around, and the shower in the bathroom is very difficult to use.

The super cute and super literary rabbit theme hotel, whether it is in the room or the hall, there are many rabbit dolls, and children like it very much. Breakfast is Western-style bread and vegetable salad. It is also beautiful to take pictures together. It looks like five or six minutes walk to Simba Park. There are several restaurants and cafes at the exit of Simba Park. The service also made people feel very comfortable. We went out to play after checking in at noon. We only came back at night. The boss went to the room early and turned on the air-conditioning heater. The breeze outside was cool and the room was super warm.

Amphoe Mueang Chiang Rai
A motel, the overall environment is good, close to the White Temple. The room facilities are basically complete. The sanitation is average, and the bathroom smells bad. The two customer service aunts have a very good attitude. There is no breakfast, no electric kettle, please bring enough water if you want to stay.
