Excellent hospitality, great ambience, good food. Had full fun at water games. Nothing less than any 5 star hotel. Certainly recommend friends to visit.

Over priced with no service no amenities no good food. Worst stay. No water no hot water 3rd grade property pl refund the amount i believe mm t & booked. It’s fraud from you always for listing such property. Need refund. Else will escalate further

The stay is good how they welcomed and the behaviour neatness is good looking more to continue next trip

Excellent holiday! the rooms were as described, newt, clean with all modern amenities. The room was very spacious, arabic 4 poster was very elegant and jacuzzi was very relaxing. The restaurant food was excellent and had good service. Room service was a bit slow and can be improved. Staff was extremely friendly and always keen to help. Table tennis table was good but the net needs replacing. Pool table was good too. Nice area to walk around. Pool and small water play area is good. Overall a great place to spend time with family and friends.

Property attraction is the small water theme park with slides and family rooms (2 king beds in same large room) which they have advertised well. Our stay was comfortable but we felt its overpriced for services and attraction they offered. The pool had tiles coming out, swings with nuts and even screw in water which i picked from my feet so it doesnt hurt anyone, the stairs were extremely hot in sunny day which burnt feet of kids and even mine and we had to cover it with some towels to avoid the burn. Swimming pool nearby was very dirty with leaves, dead honey bees etc and not properly cleaned. The staff is courteous but seem overloaded. Few lights in room/locker were not working and they provided a table lamp as room was low lit. They didn't had room towels(gave swimming pool towels) and refill for tea bags was slow they ran out of stock. Restaurant food was average with limited options in breakfast and food not properly covered with flies around. The management needs to improve upkeep and look at customer service/maintenance seriously for the price they charge which is comparable to 5 star properties if they need to attract customers/good business. I stayed at another property (serai) for a day and felt it was really value for money being 3-4k more cost per day than this property.

Nice rooms, courteous staff. We had a good time here. It’s a small property but has all the amenities.

Great location. Near to all site seeing and city. Food options were limited. Overall a decent choice

Please note this is not a resort it is a hotel. This is on the main road. Rooms are spacious & clean bathroom. There is swimming pool with water slides which is fun for kids. Buffet breakfast is not good. Restaurant makes good malai chicken.

The resort was easy to locate and the staf were very polite. The water games were the highlight. They were kept clean and functional. The food was good.
