Regent Chongqing

Jiangbei Area Chongqing|0.74km from Chongqing Science and Technology Museum
Just finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room. Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious. Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable. What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable. Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced: - A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty - Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals - One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it - Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel. - A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room - Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too. Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

Chongqing Tandian | Lili Hotel, a single-family river view away from the hustle and bustle of the city The first hotel I stayed at after returning home with my boyfriend, TheLILY Lili Hotel in Chongqing Danzishi, seemed to have entered the painting exhibition. The whole villa decoration design is super strong, and the retro style of black and white tone is very in line with my aesthetics! - Uh-huh. I belong to the kind that has high requirements for hotel hygiene. This hotel really makes me like it very much. It is very clean. The sink is wiped clean. There is no water stain and dirt. The bathroom and toilet are also separated from wet and dry. - Uh-huh. Even better, the room is very spacious and has its own small garden. You can see Jiangbei Grand Theatre and Raffles City from the balcony. During the day, the river view of Chongqing looks beautiful in the sun, and at night it becomes a city of love with neon lights and shadows. - Uh-huh. The 24-hour butler service is too intimate. It also provides laundry service and luggage storage. The young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She introduced the public area on the second and third floors of the hotel. She also provided us with many travel and food suggestions. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room. It’s really relaxing and pleasant to drink coffee while watching the scenery~ - Uh-huh. Downstairs is Changjiahui Shopping Mall and Danzishi Old Street. Nearby attractions Danzishi Old Street, Changjiahui Shopping Mall and French Water Division Barracks are worth a visit. Raffles City, Jiefangbei and Hongyadong are only a few kilometers away. - Uh-huh. 🏠 THELILY Lily Hotel (Tanzishi Old Street, Nanbin Road, Chongqing) Shop ) 📍 4 villas in Changjiahui Phase 1 villa area, Nanbin Road ⏰ 24-hour check-in

Jiefangbei Area/Hong Ya Dong
I have been to Chongqing three times in the past two years. The comprehensive evaluation felt that this time is the best homestay. First of all, the location is super good, just above Hongyadong, it is very convenient to travel and eat. The second is the large room area (about 110 square meters), two bedrooms, one living room, two bathrooms, four large beds, the room is clean, well-equipped, with projection, mahjong table, educational toys, fashion magazines, and rag dolls. The room decorated with silk flowers is very warm. We live on the 25th floor. The real river-view room has a panoramic view of the bright night view. The third is that the landlord responded in a timely manner, providing information on routes, travel, food, etc., and problems can be resolved in time. The overall evaluation could have given full marks, but there are two suggestions for the landlord to mention, hoping to make it more convenient for other staying friends: one is that the door of the downstairs is being renovated, and the landlord provides a photo of No. 30 Linjiang Branch Road , But in fact, there is no sign on the doorway. Because I am not familiar with the location, I drove the car again. After finding a parking space nearby, I carried my luggage around the building and found the entrance after inquiry. The second is that the first door to the house is not easy to open. There is a wire connected to the inside. It needs a strong sliding door to open. It is both inconvenient and simple. It does not match the facilities in the room. I hope the landlord will spend a little money. It's perfect with a little improvement. In short, it was a good experience. I would recommend friends to stay, and I would choose to stay again when I have the opportunity to go to Chongqing.

Very good, come to your house next time ✨ [First glance into the room] Very beautiful 🙋 [For the landlord, I want to say] Good service 📍 [For the convenience of the surroundings, I want to say] The surrounding transportation is convenient to Fushi, Hongyadong is very convenient 🛏 [Housing facilities I must mention] is exactly the same as the introduction 🏖 [The attractions I visited during my stay are] Ciqikou, Hongyadong Jiefangbei, and the barbecue downstairs is also good

The location is particularly good, the Fushi Square, Chaotianmen Wharf, Jiefangbei, Hongyadong are very close, the river view is very beautiful, especially at night, the sheets are very clean and have the smell of sunshine, very comfortable; The actual experience is really not too good. The landlord’s sister is very patient. The location of the homestay is very good. The river view is very beautiful at night. The cruise ship is downstairs and the Grand Theatre is opposite. The Qianmen Bridge at night is really beautiful. There is a bathtub room. Four children have stone scissors to decide who sleeps in this room. We arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening. It is very convenient to eat hot pot and small noodles downstairs. You can eat it downstairs. Friends who come to Chongqing and want to see the night view may wish to choose here, and they will not be disappointed! Because I didn’t find the net red sister Pei hot pot, the driver of the day trip the next day took us to experience the real Chongqing hot pot. The hot pot opened in the community can make people go up, but the taste is great. The four big and four small are very good Chongqing experience.
