I'm so glad I chose this hotel! After booking, the butler will add WeChat for 1V1 service and will ask about room preferences. After getting off the high-speed train, the hotel's exclusive business car will pick you up. The hotel lobby is very grand, and there is a Lawson downstairs. It is also very convenient to travel to the city center, only ten minutes away. After arriving at the hotel, the housekeeper accompanied you to check in and deliver you to the room. Late night snacks are also provided. WeChat will remind you about late night snacks every day. You can also wash three pieces of clothes for free every day. We were upgraded to the executive floor when we checked in. The room was very clean, the shower was very comfortable, we had minibar to drink whatever we wanted, and there was also a capsule coffee machine, and the tea bags were my favorite chali. I have very high requirements for hotels hahahaha! Really satisfied. Thank you to Master Liu Hongwei and to Butler He Er. It was a great experience. Except for the river view, I feel it is no worse than Raffles Intercontinental in every aspect. Everyone comes to stay with me!

Great! Originally we had a really bad hotel in another location so we decided to book here. It's pretty good. Excellent service and friendly staff, happy to help whenever they can. Great bathroom and comfortable pillows. Make sure to ask for their pillow menu, some of their other pillows are amazing. Their staff speak okay English but only basic words. Their pool also lacks poolside seats but other than that excellent. Definitely check it out. Nearest metro is Gongmao. Gym is also ”24 hours”, just make sure to ask them to turn the lights on.

The room was very clean with comfy robes and an awesome bed. Dinner buffet was plentiful as was the complementary breakfast. Executive happy hour had lots of options and generous drink pours. Disappointed we were unable to order late night room service despite the menu saying we could since there were no other food options nearby. Great views of the city from the 50th floor.
