Great in all aspects , just didn't understand how the shuttle service works( guidance for foreigners need improvement to help fully enjoy the hotel and it services) , staff can speak English( some of them ) but easier if you Can speak some basic Chinese or use translation app .I will definitely visit again

Good stay from begining to the end. Very specious room with smart toilet and Dyson Hairdryer! Perfect for kids and family to walk around the lake or take a stroll by the lake or surrounding mountain. Food was very nice we had dinner in the Spanish Restaurant and the food was really authentic. Breakfast was good with a nice selection.

The hotel has beautiful design and great location. In scenic area, not too far from the city and short trip from the airport too. The staff is also great. Traveling as a couple, we enjoyed our stay. However, it is obvious the hotel is suited for families with little children. There are many activities for children to join. As not being the target group, even though the overall stay was okay, in some moments it just felt like I’m not in the right place. Next time traveling solo/couple will probably look for other places. But for families with children, this is the place to go.

1.小童節人多但是服務還可以，娃兒很喜歡游泳池
2.沒吃到晚餐，四點半點送餐，發現已關閉，電話溝通後又開啟，請以後注意
3.電玩城希望再豐富一些，現在遊戲機太少了
4.早餐沒有達到168的標準。
