I asked the front desk for two times. I asked Trip.com’s customer service phone number, and the front desk reported it to me slowly. After connecting to the customer service, I asked the front desk to answer the phone and help report the order number to the customer service. I didn’t agree. She spit out intermittently three or four numbers, and I relayed it to the customer service. I said that the customer was a mess for a long time. I couldn't hear it. I was angry. I could point to Sang and scold! Directly yell at the customer service! The front desk just spoke well and reported a slightly complete order number!
