The receptionists got a little frustrated working with a foreigner and the language barrier, but overall they treated me ok and the cleaning staff was accommodating. The room didn’t have certain amenities I wanted for the price like a microwave or heating, but the loft layout was amazing. I arrived at 1:30pm (half hour early) and was told to return at 2pm. No problem, I thought. I came back at 2:15 and waited until 2:45 before they checked me in. I went to my room with the room card, but it was still not ready. 30 minutes later, at 3:15pm, I got access to my room. Unfortunately, I had an appointment at 3:00 which I missed. The room was acceptable: there was no bottled water, but the bed was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Very close to a metro station.
