The location of Glenview Hotel is excellent and it's just few minutes walk to the metro station and the must go places near Liberation Square. Super convenient.The service of the hotel is excellent and I am so impressed by the human touch approach. I received a warm handwritten notes from the hotel on Women Day! Plus,I accidentally slipped down in the bathroom and my hand is a bit swollen and blue. Even tough it is not serious, the staff of the hotel took good care of me.Highly recommended

Service was excellent! The staff were all very polite and courteous. They were always ready to help. Like when I needed to borrow an umbrella, help with calling a taxi, and asking for directions to tourist places. Food was also superb. I asked for hot chocolate during breakfast and I think it was a good hot chocolate (I'm very picky with chocolates). My room was just the perfect size and also the bathroom was big. I love my hotel view and bed was so comfy. I like being comfortable when I'm traveling alone and staying at a hotel that's convenient for walking around. I'm glad I chose Westin.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful with check in and laundry services. The only issue is the cleaning staff should pay close attention when cleaning the rooms. There were fruit seeds on the floor from previous people who where there. Also the towels in the bathroom were changed but the bathtub wasn’t cleaned out. Other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The room is big and very clean. Downstairs is the pedestrian street and food street. The Liberation Monument is 300 meters away. It is less than one kilometer to Hongya Cave. The location is really great. The first day of Chongqing was basically around the hotel. It's done on foot, which is great. There are many must-try restaurants nearby, and just a few steps downstairs are three steamed bun restaurants that line up every day. There is no way to introduce them all. In short, it is the right place to stay!

Booked a room late in pm, and arrived after a long/tiring day. Didn’t look into this hotel’s info in detail(I usually spend hrs checking all reviews/loc info…), as all I needed was to shower, rest and sleep. Upon arrival, reception was warm and welcoming and check in was swift. My room on 18th floor was an absolute dream come true! Large, airy, modern, immaculate and with a bathtub right by the window! Location is great, with lots of shops and malls around, yet pretty quiet inside. The “welcoming snacks” is a fab array of sweets/oatmeal/milk/soft drinks…not witnessed before! I wanted to order some take away and reception helped me with address info-food at my door within 20mins. They offer env friendly slippers(comfortable), even for the little ones! An excellent place to stay, very central and with lots of freebies and new ideas for guests! It’s 10/10 from me!

A very satisfying stay experience! Very new, even the toothbrush and slippers are of very good quality. The intelligent control is very advanced. The children were very happy when they saw the panda pattern on the bed cover and the giraffe stool. It is close to Bazi Food Street, Linjiang Road subway exit, Jiaochangkou subway exit, Shibati and other attractions, so it is very convenient to travel. A little suggestion: there is absolutely no place to put clothes in the bathroom and it needs to be improved.

We were very impressed with the service, front desk like Jingjing often goes her way out to assist us. However we do feel that the ad is a little misleading though. For example, breakfast is just hardboiled eggs, some mantou and coffee. The hotel doesn't have a real kitchen. Also they compensated the laundry room (no laundry room in fact, it's inaccessible to guests) by doing our laundry for us. (takes time) It was efficient. But I would appreciate more if the hotel just relay the actual info. The hotel is nice actually, good view, excellent service and all. But not really the amenities.

Loved this hotel! It's pretty new, and I really liked the interior decor. Room was clean and comfortable, and the location is amazing right in Jiefangbei: you can walk to almost all the tourist spots (eg Shibati, Hingyadong). Bayi Food Street is right around the corner, and Linjiangmen Metro Station (Line 2) is a 5min walk away. Jiaochangkou (Line 2/1) and Xiaoshizi (Line 1) are less than a 10min walk away. Hotel lobby is located on floor 46 of Xinhua Building, and the view was fantastic! When it's misty, it's like you're in inside a cloud^^ Staff were friendly, and they had a WeChat concierge that you could chat with. I also liked that the TV was projected onto the wall, it's huge! Hotel was also very affordable, would definitely stay again if I go to Chongqing again.

If you want to book this place, you can contact the merchant by phone first and ask if there is no decoration smell yet. The store is difficult to find. The elevator goes upstairs in a Ctrip store. The environment is clean and new because it is newly opened. There is a public washing machine. I smelled a faint smell of decoration at the time and thought it was decoration downstairs in the elevator. Later, I stayed in the room for a long time. We were getting heavier and heavier. When we reported to the front desk, there was a person who seemed to be the boss who was nice and enthusiastic. He told us the reason and helped us turn on the air conditioner. Maybe the room was full and he didn’t mention changing rooms for us (we had already washed our clothes when the problem was discovered, so the second time) The hotel was changed the next day). 酒店位置非常好，出門就是解放碑好吃街，旁邊十八梯鄧登麪和往右拐的鬼包子啥時候去都排好長的隊，好吃不貴。 門頭在足樂道里麪，不太好找，客服很耐心的給我了提示，進去後，由於身份證不慎丟失，一通忙亂後，服務員幫挑選了離服務枱很近的客房，真心感激，這裏服務沒的説。 房間內設施一般，由於坐落在美食街，小強很多，地上發現好幾具屍體，一晚上，還打死了四衹，沒有一般膽量不建議來，挺可怕，房間燈太昏暗了，前一位或前前位入住的客人長髮還留在地上，估計清潔人員很難看清。還好，附近打卡點不錯，沒有影響此次的心情。建議趁着淡季整改，以便旺季給客户很好的體驗。

I came to Chongqing for three nights at the hotel on National Day. First of all, the hotel is in a very good location, just inside Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, next to the snack street and shopping place. If you live here, you don't have to get up early and you can check in the attractions near Jiefangbei. There are also a lot of food. Again, the hotel is very convenient to travel, very close to the subway, you can take a taxi directly on the roadside on the right side of the door. And you can walk to Hongyadong, Raffles City and the surrounding attractions of the United Nations Building. Finally, the boss is enthusiastic in service. Although it is a homestay, problems will be solved in time. After the daily necessities are used, they will help to resupply in time, and also help us solve the last day's luggage storage method. Hotel location is good, downstairs is Bayi Haochi Street, less than 10 minutes walk from the bus and subway station, convenient transportation.
