Best Four Star Hotels in Chouteau Township

The hotel is under construction and the noise was extremely loud. The manager on duty was snide before she hung up on me. Only for her to call back and offer a meal comp. Upon checking out, we were advised that we had to go back into the ****** to receive our meal comp. After going all the way back into the ****** getting our cards, then going to the restaurant and eating nothing was on the cards, and nothing was comped. My wife and I saved up to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and we chose to spend it there only to have a very dissatisfying experience. We could not even hear ourselves talk in our own rooms. Then to be treated like that by the management just made this completely unacceptable.

I was in Kansas City for work purposes. Our employer uses Corporate Lodging and contracts out with a different hotel for our stays. This particular night there wasn't any rooms available for our normal hotel and Corporate Lodging had found this Holiday Inn for us to stay in, as this Holiday Inn also takes Corporte Lodging accounts. This is a really nice hotel. This is a three if not a four star hotel. The staff that I had interacted with were all very professional and very freindly. I had forgotten to grab my shaving kit from our normal hotel. I had asked the front desk if they had something and they do. They have toothbrushes, paste, deoderant, ect for you. They have a bar and resturant too. The rooms are quiet and nicely decorated. I would love to stay at this hotel for work purposes as it is far nicer than where we stay at.
