床單上不知道什麼液體的痕跡 像是沒有換洗過的樣子 被子上枕頭上有很多毛髮 要求換房間被拒 妥協説換床單 結果換了有三四次 拿來一個是臟的又拿來一個又是臟的！當時已經很晚了人很疲憊已經沒耐心了 就問不能換個房間嗎 結果被懟説那給你換床單不行嗎 沒説道個歉啥的 態度有問題不説 換床單行 你們換了這麼多次就太離譜了 之前在這家住過幾次覺得算是挺好的 結果出現這種事 不會再來

總體感覺不錯就續住了一晚上，打掃房間阿姨挺好的，看到抽煙會特地準備個放好濕紙巾的煙缸，就是細節上可以再細緻一點就更好了。比如地板邊緣地區注意打掃，茶包第二天第三天沒有放置。牙膏衹放一支，如果兩個人入住一支牙膏是不夠用的。總體瑕不掩瑜吧，作為新開酒店必然會有一段磨合期，但是總體屬於不錯的酒店，希望保持住。另外目前滿分評價的酒店肯定是不客觀的，再好的酒店都會或多或少存在些許問題，而且也不可能每個人都喜歡，酒店做好自己本職工作、用心提升細節，真誠對待客人，我詳細大部分客人都會選擇繼續入住貴酒店的。

酒店就在銀泰城附近，出去玩吃東西都挺近的，而且房間的設施也都是新的，還有專門的停車場，辦理入住也很快
