A beautiful wedding at a beautiful venue. The evening food was delicious! Special mention to Megan, who was a server at the wedding and breakfast and was very polite and accommodating. A lovely day with some great service, and in a great venue.

Just returned from a fab wedding! The venue is lovely and the grounds are beautiful but what really made the day was the amazing staff. They couldn't do enough for us and we're happy, smiley and helpful all day and night.

We attended a wedding here recently and the whole day was amazing! The venue is stylish and modern with beautiful gardens. The staff were organised, friendly and went above and beyond all day for everyone. Would highly recommend for a wedding venue!

Paid £100 for an attic room , damp coming through the back wall from velux window , just awful totally spoilt the weekend room so small , breakfast OK poor service , get it yourself, it felt like they had your money now go

We had the best wedding reception at Sparth House yesterday. From the moment we arrived the staff were organised and attentive and as a result everyone’s needs were considered and it made our day very special indeed. We had some guests who had special dietary needs and young children in our party. Vegetarian, gluten free and children’s meals were served along side regular meals and it was well presented, hot and delicious. The decorated rooms were beautiful, fulfilling the dreams of any wedding party. Our guests were made welcome with drinks that were freshly poured and cool on arrival. The partnership between the venue and our entertainment team was incredibly professional, entertainment was the best! The bar staff delivered a great level of service and waiting times were minimal. As the day and evening progressed the staff kept tables free of empty bottles and glasses with no fuss. The rooms were beautiful, fresh and clean with lovely antiques touches here and there to authenticate the history of the building. Even the car park was managed in a way to ensure photos being taken were not marred by someone’s care being in the background. Clearly this is an experienced team and I would highly recommend them for weddings and special life events. Thank you Sparth House!!

We recently had my Mum's funeral meal at Sparth House for about 50 guests. The room and the staff were good. The starter, dessert and the main course for meat eaters were very good but the vegetarians and vegans were served a bowl of white rice and a few chopped mushrooms with some rocket thrown on top. This was supposed to be mushroom strogonoff! At £34 per head it was very disappointing. These days with the rapidly growing number of vegans and vegetarians it should be possible to offer something much tastier and more substantial than a few mushrooms on a bed of white rice.
