TRAUMATIZING! This is by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever experienced. The only reason why I gave 1 star is for the PM front clerk, Jessica, who listened to our complaints and helped us check out as soon as possible. The lady who prepares the breakfast was very kind, but the breakfast option was not great. 1. DIRTY! Unwashed bedsheets. The room was so dirty! The bed sheets and pillow cases weren’t washed! You could smell the previous guest on those sheet and bed. I wanted to cry. Good thing is that we always bring our own bed sheet so we just covered it up since it was already late at night. 2. FOOD IN MICROWAVE. As if the dirty beds wasn’t enough, I opened the microwave to heat up some milk for my daughter and I found a left over bag of White Castle in it! Disgusting!!! If the housekeeper is going to pretend to have the room cleaned, at least make sure all the trash has been cleared out the room. The microwaved was stained with splattered food all over. The coffee maker, refrigerator, tv and furnitures had dust sitting on them. 3. DISGUSTING FLOOR. It doesn’t stop at the microwave. I found shoes under the bed. That freaked me out because I thought someone was under the bed! The bed has a base frame and they didn’t even bother to check the little space under the bed. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed. The rooms were just unsanitary, I honestly feared for our health, especially for my little girl. 4. The pool was closed. It was not stated in their website. Nor was there any note from their email prior to our check in. The pool is closed due to “health” and sanitary issue. That was a red flag. They told us to use the pool from Leisure world and they reimburse us. We did for one night but that was so dirty! And the hotel did not reimburse us as they said even after leasing the receipt and emailing it to the GM. 5. BROKED DOWN ELEVATOR. They placed my group with children on the 3rd floor. It would’ve been fine if the elevator was working but it broke down! The elevator inspection sheet was outdated to Feb 2022. Scary. 6. UNAUTHORIZED CHECK OUT. We received an email that we have been checked out on our second day while we were out exploring the city. We tried calling for 30 minutes without any luck. No one answers the phone in this hotel. We had to drive back for 30 minutes just to make sure they don’t clear out our rooms. What a headache and inconvenience. We were robbed a good and relaxing vacation. This was the last straw. This was a blessing in disguise because we had to check out and get out of there as soon as possible. We requested for a refund for the rest of our reservation and got out of there as soon as possible. We weren’t 100% sure if they were going to return our money but we found another Marriott hotel the same day to stay during the remainder of our vacation. This stay caused so much inconvenience, trauma and fear for our health and safety. We did not deserve to be charged for this experience. I hope no othe

Great location in hotel district. Check in and out easy enough, but required a $100 deposit. Room was clean & fully stocked. Breakfast is serviceable, but nothing to write home about.

It was nice to be able to check in immediately after showing the reservation copy. There is no complaint about the cleanliness of the room. I am totally satisfied.

Overall, my stay was ok. The late night front desk fellow was efficient and polite. He came quickly to the room to fix a tv issue. Room nicely furnished but bathroom was possibly not cleaned at all. Towels were changed, but hair on floor and on soap tray in tub. This prompted me to look closer. See photo of floor behind door. Counter had soap mark near sink. I stay in ”budget” hotels often and carry disinfectant wipes everywhere, so did not request a new room assuming it was cleaned by same staff. However, cleaning at midnight was not on my list of accomplishments for the day .
