I love these hotels they never disappoint. Comfortable beds, unique local experience and convenient. Check in was friendly and informational and recommendations offered. In room instant coffee ( which is now a luxury without having to leave the room) although the coffee could use an upgrade. Valet available.

Facility was clean! The location was right in the heart of short north and the local bars/shops. Spent the day walking around the area. Will definitely stay again when returning to short north.

Graduate Hotels are top notch! Clean, friendly staff, super clean and awesome decor in the rooms. This one was in a very cute part of the city with quaint coffee shops and boutiques.

Bathroom conditions had an issue, water pressure to low and shower cubic too small. Towels’ quality is super , good location for attending events at convention center

We were in Columbus on night to visit friends and attend a music concert. The Graduate is one of the more affordable hotels in Short North--within walking distance of our venue and with many shops, galleries, restaurants, and bars nearby. Valet parking is $37 per night, so there's that. Overall a good stay & we would return. Rooms are small, but clean, well appointed; good beds & bedding. Bathroom & shower clean and roomy. Some not-a-big-deal things: there were chip crumbs on the credenza by the TV, the floor was a little dusty, no complimentary coffee or breakfast though there is a coffee maker in the room. Staff was friendly and professional. The associate in the morning gave me a coupon for a complimentary coffee in Homage--otherwise you pay. We would return.

Fantastic please. Clean rooms, friendly staff & close to so many shops, bars & restaurants. If you’re an Ohio St fan or just proud to be from Ohio, the unique decor will surely please.

This was a cozy, quiet, perfect place to stay for a unique Columbus experience. The restaurants and shops nearby were fantastic and my morning jog through the neighborhood was delightful. The staff and valet attendants were courteous and helpful!! Highly recommend.
