The hotel is quite clean. It has good service and a great restaurant. I didn't try the breakfast. I recommend.

BUSINESS HOTEL AND STRATEGIC STOP - good location and close to BR101 and the sea, in GURIRI.
EVENTS ROOM - I was able to access the room, for online training, video call, in the privacy of the event room, as I was accompanied and could not use the hotel apar**ent. All thanks to the kindness, free of charge, of the hotel staff. Which made my stay in São Mateus much easier. THANK YOU.
HOWEVER - please check the position of the minibar, as it was placed directly on the floor, on the floor of the apar**ent, which compromises the hygiene and health of guests. Please check the placement of a support, table or shelf to raise the minibar and remove it from the floor. OK

Poor service and infrastructure hotel! Since the reservation was made in advance over the phone to ensure there would be no problems when arriving at the hotel. On the day of check-in, the service at the counter said that there was no reservation record and that the hotel would be full! We insisted on getting a room since we were traveling with family and had no other place to stay. As if that wasn't enough, the internet in the room didn't work. The attendant suggested that the antivirus be removed from the computer and that there was nothing that could be done to ensure cell phone connections. Breakfast is poor with no options considering the price charged. I don't recommend it, but there aren't many options in the city of São Matheus and therefore it might be better to plan to stop in another city to avoid these inconveniences.

Wonderful. New facilities, extremely clean, very comfortable bed, exceptional shower. Highlight for the restaurant, with delicious a la carte dinner at a fair and affordable price. Too bad I only stayed 1 night.

The hotel is new, beautiful, the room we stayed in was very comfortable, everything was clean, the only thing I missed was a trash can in one of the garages. Check-in was slow because there was only one person at reception.

I had to leave the day before, because I was a federal public servant and I was called to work in another location on January 2nd. They were adamant and said they could not refund the daily rate already paid. They also failed in terms of cleaning, the room was not cleaned on any day. Furthermore, it is a good hotel, wonderful restaurant, excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel is new and very comfortable, but the service could be better. There were no towels in the apar**ent and I had to call reception to receive the towels. I was with a family (4 people) and there was only one (1) towel.
Breakfast is another point that needs improvement. There was no “hot milk”, so anyone who drinks coffee with milk, in my case, has to drink coffee “with cold milk”. There were no varieties of juices, just “detox juice” and one other.
The restaurant's service wasn't the best, as there wasn't a decent “menu” (folder, menu), just a printed sheet with the food options.
