此次旅行，到店後未能提前提供鑰匙密碼，舉家寒風中呆了三個多小時，入住後未收到任務入住房間服務訊息，直到再次要求才得到Wifi，但再無任何設施使用説明，如抽風機等，每次想諮詢，衹能問攜程，並要等半天，失望之極！

Location was good with a bad view of an alleyway. The apar**ent we were originally put in had a strong odor of mold and I get immediate headaches and eye twitching from mold. It was bad in the kitchen area and obvious with the floor covering there is a problem. I wanted my money back and to move somewhere else of my choice. They wouldn't give a refund because we were 5 nights so they offered us another apar**ent. This location was not as good, view of office building but still ok. The linens were stained, towels old as well as most of the kitchen items. There were no comforts of home, it felt like a college apar**ent with the bare minimum. Lots of stairs and a warning not to use the elevator. I do not recommend this apar**ent or others offered by this company.

The room was great - spacious, full kitchen (but only oil and salt in kitchen available) with dining area, separate sleeping space, super-comfy bed. Extra detail for initial access would have been helpful. Only body-wash, no shampoo seemed a little weird. The absolute best location - we walked everywhere during our five days in CPH.

The apar**ent worked well for our family of four. Nice beds and the amenities we needed. The location is excellent for sightseeing in the old part of Copenhagen. Liked the style of the furniture and decor, but parts of the apar**ent, especially kitchen and bathroom, look a bit worn and one of the windows did not close properly. The entry way through a backyard could do with a cleanup and nicer presentation.

The location is good, near of metro, shops, restaurants.. but the appartement is nothing special.
Quality/price is not matching at all. Light was not working, as well as netflix. Only danish chanel on normal Tv otherwise you need to pay extra. On booking there is written than they clean everyday, then we discovered that you need to pay extra charge. The appar**ent is in a very old house with many steep stairs, very difficult when you have heavy luggages.
