Forgot to check out but turn in keys and took shuttle to airport, beautiful place to stay, friendly staffing and drivers. Pets allowed

The shuttle service was good including a pickup at the airport and a return to the airport on the morning. The one suggestion I would have is to let early fliers know that the security checkpoints don’t open until 4 am, at least at terminal A. Our room was very nice and comfortable bed.

They have roache infestation. Having to keep all luggage in the car amd my personal items kept out of the bathroom.

I do not recommend this hotel. First, the staff needs to be better trained when taking payment. Two cards were charged twice for the cost of one stay which tied up over $600 for me while I was on a weekend trip. This was very frustrating and took away from my trip having to deal with their mistake. After dealing with this for a day and a half I was offered “3 free things from the market.” What kind of customer service is that? Second, the 32inch tvs in these rooms are insulting. Third, the general public areas are decently clean, but the rooms are outdated and need deeper cleaning. Our bed sheets had stains, we saw a dead roach, and the desk chairs need to be thrown away! Do not book this hotel for the breakfast in the morning. Only waffles, bagels, muffins and boiled eggs. Hotel is in a decent area, close to a Dennys, Walmart and gas station. Due to their mistake on charging my cards multiple times and taking so long to fix it, I will not stay at this hotel or another LaQuinta brand hotel for that matter. This was my worst hotel stay in a while, maybe because we usually stay in Hilton brand. Only stay here if you have no other choice. Probably have a better experience at a hotel across the street.

I want not happy at all, the room I was so tiny and I asked to replaced it they said yea and then said no and the lady at the front desk lied to me that all rooms are the same size and the window faces a wall and no any view and she said that all the rooms the same , which is not true, even I asked to check out one day in advance but of course they refused and I was sure if that and I left the hotel.

What stands out about LaQuinta is the caring attitude of it's employees. The shuttle service to the airport and back is excellent!!

The overall visit was okay. The bed was comfortable. One of the night stands were dirty and there was hair and a dirty towel left behind the bathroom door. I called the front desk and was advised that someone would come “ take a look”. When I returned hours later nothing was done, the towel was still there. I understand continental breakfast but it was sad. No sausage, bacon or scrambled eggs

Sufficient room. Minimum toiletries. Would have liked hand lotion.
2 room keys did not work & had to call desk from hallway, then only 1of 2 keys brought to replace others worked. Might need to check outside key area Rm 506.

The bed was comfortable. Day one there was a previous used towel left behind the bathroom door and a little dirt ring in bathroom sink.. I called the front desk and told them ( they were concerned about me not being there three days before the cleaning was due). I got them to understand it was left from previous room use. I was advised they would have someone “come check it out!” I left and when I returned to the room several hours later both were still there.
Also in the morning the cleaning staff would be talking loudly in the hallways and I was trying to sleep in. One morning they were playing their music way too loud. No ear phones, so rjey don’t disturb / wake the guest?
