Had a room with a balcony. A nice view from room on upper floor Staff are in general polite. Even 🏨 is not in downtown Milano, guests can utilize public transports to move around. ( - )Lack of commodities in the 🚽.

This place definitely has its pro’s and con’s and it depends what sacrifices you are willing to make for price. Looking at other reviews I thought I wouldn’t mind it as I’m not too fussy usually but overall I felt uncomfortable and didn’t really want to stay any longer than I had to: Pro’s -Good cheap price -Whilst further out, it’s super convenient for public transport right outside the hotel only 2 euro to get into Milan only takes 30 mins tops -The man on reception was lovely and very helpful -Rooms are big and whilst very dated and nothing to shout home about if you’re used to budget travelling they aren’t filthy or falling apart -Nice big shower room -Fast, free Wi-Fi and slippers and towels Cons -We felt the area at times was slightly scary (although we did first arrive at night) some concerning characters/gangs in surrounding areas and appeared to be in the hotel as well. It’s a pretty rundown area and we didn’t feel very comfortable there -The walls - I’ve never known anything quite like it to be honest it was so so loud I could hear absolutely everything the entire time. Babies crying, doors shutting, people talking/shouting, playing music, stomps up the hallway - constantly and late into the night waking us up. This all added to the sense of un-ease as it didn’t seem like you were on your own and I couldn’t relax in the room and just wanted to leave. -We were also in an outhouse which wouldn’t usually be a problem but felt so exposed as it was that it just added to the feeling Despite all the positives we couldn’t look past these negatives and I really wouldn’t recommend regardless of price.

A few mins 🚶 to metro line 5 . There is shopping mall within the walking distance from the 🏨. Housekeepers are helpful and the front staff are friendly

I was so happy that the hotel is located 300m away from the metro station that has elevator and escalator access. I was carrying a luggage that is 40kg over and I’m happy that the metro it’s not far from the hotel. The hotel staffs upon checking was very nice and I decided to extend 1 more day and the staff was happy to assist me on that. My room was at level 6 which is great because I prefer staying at high floor (level 7 was the highest). When I inspect the room upon checking-in, it was very clean althought they only provide soap, shampoo, towels & toilet rolls. No toothbrush etc. which I don’t mind at all because I brought my own. The housekeeping was great although some only speak Italian and don’t understand English but they did their job in cleaning my room every single day, just like how I entered it on the first day. They did change the towels to fresh towels and make my bed. Overall, I will stay again at this hotel whenever I’m in Milan.

The hotel is well situated for access to the centre of Milan. The nearest Metro station is just 10 minutes walk away. On the positive side, the hotel is very clean, our room was very clean and was serviced and new towels provided daily. The bed was very comfortable. However, the hotel is dated and looks tired. The bar is large, empty and lacks atmosphere. The only food served at the hotel (other than breakfast) is mostly frozen. Breakfasts are OK but by 9am, quite depleted and we had to ask for certain items to be replenished. Staff are friendly but seem to be indifferent to the challenges. The exception was the bar staff (Chritiano), who was extremely helpful and provided good advice on where to eat etc. From our experience of other hotels we have stayed in, we are surprised at the 4 star rating. My advice would be to use the hotel as a base but stay in town for all social activities.

I stayed in this hotel for almost two weeks in March and April 2023. I was satisfied in every way. The reception staff are all very experienced, helpful and kind. Special thanks to the Mr. Stefano and Mr. Simon and the all other colleagues. The breakfast was also very good. The hospitality of the ladies in the breakfast section was excellent. I had a long stay and the hotel staff treated me in such a way that I didn't feel like I was away from home. My room was big and very clean. The ladies who were in charge of cleaning the room were experienced in their work. All in all, I had a very good experience of staying there and I also strongly recommend this hotel to others. The hotel is multi storey and well situated and has underground secure parking, There are numerous shops, restaurants and a large COOP supermarket very close by. Although the mall area immediately behind the hotel has seen better days, there is also a nice park close by for walking the dog if you have one with you.. The nearest metro station is also within a ten minute walk.The rooms are a decent size and modern with a TV offering a good selection of channels including some Sky and internet. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, food choices are fairly standard. The only negative was due to the fact that there was quite a strong wind during the night of our stay which caused a high pitched sound as it whistled around the aluminium framed windows (we were on the 8th floor) making it difficult to sleep peacefully, even though the bed itself was quite comfortable.There were only two pillows in the room on arrival but room service brought us two extra on request. There is no fridge in the room, which would be useful given the very hot summer. Fortunately the A/C unit was working and kept the room cool and comfortable.

We had a great stay in the Eco Hotel Milano. I had a single room. It has everything that one person needs. It's great that everything in the hotel i ecological. We had a great breakfast. Itt was a great offer with really good food at the breakfast. Everything was clean. The people who worked there were all very nice. To the Milano Duomo there are 10 minutes by metro and it was very easy to find the metro station.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes à pied du métro. Les alentours sont calmes et silencieux la nuit. Les murs sont minces et les bruits des chambres voisines et couloirs sont bien présents. La chambre fût propre et la literie très confortable, l'accueil très sympathique. Le rapport qualité/prix est très correct pour Milan. J'aurais volontiers noté 4 étoiles mais l'organisation au petit-déjeuner est à revoir. 3 personnes de service mais nous n'avons pu obtenir notre tasse café qu'après 45 minutes d'attente ! L'accueil fût peu aimable de l'une d'entre elle, qui semblait complètement dépassée par le nombre de clients. Les couverts étaient manquants (ni sur les tables, ni en service). Idem pour le réassort de certains produits (45 minutes pour obtenir des œufs brouillés...). Si le personnel n'est pas en mesure de servir les boissons chaudes dans de bonnes conditions, il faudrait peut-être envisager de mettre des machines à disposition. Sur 3 nuits passées, seul un petit-déjeuner s'est bien déroulé. Vraiment dommage...
