I have read reviews about the apartments being dated but I thought that was the style ( Spanish villa). Three pool areas to choose from. Ours had a pool bar serving a good range of food and drink. No rush for beds in the morning. We stayed half board and the food was lovely if not hot enough for my liking but there is a microwave so 2 minutes in there is plenty. Drinks at dinner are very reasonably priced. All the staff are very friendly and hardworking. Would definitely recommend and am looking to book again. Didn't give it a 5 because wasn't allowed in the room until 3pm. Which not had that before so have to put your cases in a locker.

Hotel is set in a great position. Straight across the road is the square for bars and restaurants. Just outside to the right is a Spar supermarket. It’s about 5 mins from the beach and has 3 pools. The room we had was very comfortable and more adequate for our needs. Staff were friendly. The only downside was not with the hotel but with selfish guests putting towels on the sun beds to reserve them despite signs saying not to do this. We would definitely go back to Costa Teguise and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Big 2 bed apartment, floor was full of dust & hair which we swept and showed a pic to reception etc, we thought the cleaning would improve after that.... It didn't..... Cleaners only come every other day, room smells musty & very dated inside.

Arrived at around 2pm said room wasn’t ready until 3:15pm so only had over an hour to wait so came back later Apartments were very old, originally had one with a shared balcony but the smell of drains in bathroom became an issue, the 1st morning we noticed it thought will see how it goes, 2nd morning was even worse, was breathing the smell in during the night so ended up asking to move rooms so moved to other side of the complex into a 1 bed duplex and was much better! Were originally above the restaurant, may have been to do with this don’t know but the new room had a private balcony but overlooked a massive hole! Not sure where quiet at night comments are from, earlier in the week there was people making noise outside till around 11:30-12am or moving furniture in their apartments and the original room was next to a nightclub but didn’t hear much after 12 -12:30 then not until 7am so not impossible to sleep! WIFI was great Very central to everything, taxi rank right outside, next to the square, spar supermarket practically next door, gift shop next door and small bar next door but wasn’t open late! Food in restaurant was good breakfast in particular, they had a pool bar during the day too but never tried this! Evening meal wasn’t a massive buffet but fine, always had chips if you’re stuck! We did half board here as only £39pp extra, Staff in restaurant were good and staff on complex in general! There was 4 pools, 3 cold, 1 heated, heated pool was above the reception up some steps! The hotel has no lifts, wouldn’t say it’s suitable for older people as you can’t guarantee a ground floor apartment and lots of steps up to 1st and 2nd floors! Toilet and shower areas seemed clean enough! Don’t think we’d return here as the apartments are very old and wasn’t too keen on CT

Stayed for a week in a one bed apartment, really needs a refurb very old fashioned gotta say the shower pressure was brilliant..did ask before hand to be near friends we were at the opposite side of the hotel to each other,so that was a waste of time asking....good points was the breakfast was nice but had to use the microwave to heat it up, location absolutely fantastic centre to everything...would I stay here again unfortunately not as the rooms are very tired ...so will try elsewhere next time..the receptionist was lovely though and all the staff we came across...shame about the rooms...let's the place down in my opinion...

My fourth time staying at these apartments, we just love the whole place and the staff are amazing. Good sized apartments, fabulous beds and great wi-fi. Heard someone around the pool describe them as dark but we have no issue with that as the rooms remain cool. Reasonably priced snack bar with great staff and an amazing cleaning and maintenance team who never seem to stop. Central location for the square, bus stop, supermarkets, taxi rank and beach. Already rebooked for December and looking to squeeze in another one in the summer ☀️ ☀️

On arrival, we were greeting nicely, but then told our room wasn't ready and would we mind staying at another hotel, it wasn't made clear if we were to find our own hotel or they would find us somewhere. We said no, we would wait and come back later. We returned about 1.5 hours later and were given our room key. To our surprise we were given a 2 bedroom apartment, it was a lovely big apartment and kept clean during our stay, fresh towels every other day and bedding changed once in our 1 week stay. It is very central to everything. There are 3 pools, one of which was heated during our stay. We didn't use the bar or restaurant, so I can't comment, but both looked fairly busy. We would stay here again if visiting Costa teguise again

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. I had emailed to requested a ground floor apartment due to mobility issues, but non were available when we arrived. The receptionist arranged for our cases to be taken up to the apartment. there are steps up into the hotel. Then 3 steps down to reception. From reception to put 1st floor apartment there are at least 30 steps. From the restaurant there are at least 20 more. We found using the back gate was better but was still a struggle. The apartment was authentically spanish, and needed a bit of tlc, but very spacious with excellent WIFI connection. The beds were very comfortable. We were not fans of the shared balcony not very private. But we were lucky that we were the end apartment and had our own small balcony with 2 sunbeds a table, 2 chairs a table and parasol. This was appreciated because we didn't need to navigate all the steps to the pool area. The food was ok breakfast was better than evening meal. It was so convenient to or the bars and restaurants in the square Would I stay again - no but only because I have mobility issues and really struggled with the steps. If you are physically fit to try h we n you probably wont be disappointed. If it you out have mobility problems then I would go we elsewhere as they can't guarantee a ground floor apartment and even these have steps to contend with. I knocked star values off only because of the steps

Great hotel in the best position for town and beach great staff, plenty of beds around 3 looks The availability to upgrade to b&b or half board is good and although we were self catering other guests said the food was good. The hotel is large but felt cost and was kept clean at all times
