We booked a duplex for 3 people for 2 nights in this facility*****t, being usually very happy When we arrive we are asked if we want to have breakfast Before our hesitation ( we had not decided whether we would take it on site or not), the receptionist puts pressure on us by saying that if we do not book, no breakfast the next day We therefore decide to book The next day, surprise, the receptionist had not provided the information, but this did not prevent us from taking breakfast (the buffet was well-food and this despite the lack of registration) With regard to the bathroom, no mouchoirs, The soap available at our arrival only allowed the taking of a shower (3 people on the booking), happy*****t that we had products in our toilet shops But where the service is below everything, the second night when we came home, still not soap or mouchoir I had to call the reception to get it, and the question of the person: ”Take breakfast tomorrow morning” Loyal to this establishment****t (4 stars) Whenever I go down to Toulouse, I really think about finding another solution

Belle surprise au milieu d'une Z.A.I , là où on imagine pas! Très joli hôtel, chambre completement refaite à neuf, silencieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner français - donc pas de salé - à buffet, frais et copieux. Le personnel est jeune et très à l'écoute. A répeter lors de mes deplacements pro.

Сам пригород очень понравился, и на авто добираться до Тулузы быстро и удобно. В резиденции есть парковка, проблем с местами не было. Сам отель выглядит мило, много зелени. Минусы номера - очень холодный плиточный пол (тапочек нет), не очень удобная кровать. Есть посудомоечная машина, но с посудой проблемы -мы были втроём, бокал для вина в номере один :) но самое интересное ( первый раз такое за всю историю поездок), что мы попросили бокалы для вина и фен (фена в номере нет), при выезде сдали фен на ресепшен и с нас взяли 20 евро. Получился «прокат» фена за 10 евро в день, о таких особенностях отель должен предупреждать заранее…
