This is not an rv resort, this is a retirement trailer park. Rv resort and trailer park are 2 very different things and if advertised correctly we would have went else where. If you have weekend campers then you need to have people working on the weekends as well or at the very least have maintenance available. We called all day starting at 11:30 Friday before checkin and no one answers the phone, turns out they close the office at 12pm. We get there with one of our friends and paid for an “elite” site. It took us over a half hour to find the sewer hole at our site and our Friends get to their site AND THEY HAVE NO WATER. We called Saturday morning for maintenance and no answer. Go to the office they are closed. So they had to deal with no water all weekend. The neighbor was kind enough to let them use their hose if needed which the neighbor also said he told the office a few days prior to us checking in that the water for that site was not working properly. The office manager finally calls in the afternoon. They have no one to fix the water and wants them to move to another site instead. We were only here for the weekend as we were going to bug jam and moving to another site is wasted time. She would only discount if they moved sites (should have offered to discount regardless if they moved sites since they were technically not in a full hookup site that they paid for” The website needs to be changed to state what the park is. If you are wanting to live here it’s a nice quiet park. It is not for weekend campers. We stayed up til maybe 10 pm last night just sitting outside and we’re getting glared at by neighbors. Very uncomfortable.
