Pullman Dali

The room was excellent for traveling with seniors. However, the breakfast wasn't great; I wish they offered more whole fruits and vegetables. Also, I requested a high-floor room a month in advance, but upon check-in, we were only given the 11th floor. Thankfully, the manager later helped us move to the 15th floor.

Centrally located with convenient transportation, right next to the pier. My kids loved the heated pool on the 23rd floor, and the rooftop Sky Bar offers great night views – Dali is beautiful at night. Our butler, Lucy, provided excellent service, always ready to answer any questions.

This is arguably the best hotel I've stayed at in Yunnan. It's quite new, and I love the overall color scheme – it feels brighter than the Grand Hyatt Kunming. The key feature is a window that opens, allowing for fresh air and stunning views of Dali Port and Erhai Lake. The room itself is very clean, and the lady who cleaned it was very kind. It's also very quiet, with no noise from the hallway. While there's some street noise from downstairs, it's easily solved by closing the window. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's tasty and clean. Taxis are easy to get, and there's even a laundry service. The price is reasonable too. Special shout-out to Domi, who was incredibly warm and helpful, assisting with everything from printing to extending our stay and late check-out. I'll definitely stay here again next time; it truly feels like home.

Absolutely amazing! Tsuki was incredibly thoughtful. We received a detailed tourist guide upon check-in and they were so enthusiastic. The hotel is very clean, and housekeeping kept our room spotless. They also recommended tourist attractions and local food, and even provided free breakfast. Their attitude was warm and welcoming, answering all our questions promptly, even on weekdays. The service at the Sky Bar was also fantastic. Overall, it was an incredibly attentive experience, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Dali!

Our second stop in Yunnan was the Pullman Hotel. Before check-in, Ms. Coco reached out to us to ask about our preferences and arranged our room accordingly, even upgrading us to a high-floor room with a view. We also requested and received a late check-out. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent!

Had a good stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient, and the views are decent. Edison was very thoughtful, even sending the invoice electronically.

Domi provided excellent service, always responsive and quick to reply on WeChat. The hotel facilities are great, and the restaurant food is delicious. Definitely high value for money!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Erhai Pier and Xingsheng Bridge. The rooftop has an observation deck bar where you can enjoy the night view. I wanted to watch the sunrise in the morning, but found the door to the outdoor platform was closed. I hope it can be opened in the morning as well. Also, placing the smoking ashtray right next to the bar counter on the rooftop seems a bit inappropriate; I hope it can be moved to a corner, otherwise, it will affect guests sitting at the bar. The hotel's infinity pool is great, offering views of Erhai Lake, and the Cantonese restaurant has good food too.
