Airis Boutique Hotel & Suites - for Adults Only

What an absolute perfect place to stay. This place has charm, personality, superb food, THE MOST AMAZING AND FRIENDLY STAFF and a lovely chilled pool and bar area. It is all what we could ask for in a great holiday!!! :-D My mom and I enjoyed it sooo much that we cried a little when had to day goodbye. We really felt special and taken care of in every way. The food is soo good that we actually ate at the hotel restuarants 4 times out of a whole week. Also there is two beaches in walking distance. And it is soo close to Chania Town. We already miss it sooo much and wishes to come nback very soon. Hugs and smiles from Sandra

An excellent hotel with great attention to detail. I’m normally very fussy and this hotel exceeded all of my partner and I’s expectations: the rooms were a good size, sparkling clean, and had an excellent bathroom and balcony. Beds were very comfortable too and it was very quiet in the evening. The pool area is the real star of this place - there are plenty of sun loungers, including excellent four poster ones that are perfect for couples. The pool was fresh water and the bar served excellent cocktails and beer at a very reasonable price. Breakfast is provided and had a good choice. The staff were incredible and very friendly and went out of their way to make your stay as memorable and comfortable as possible, including arranging taxis for any excursions and giving restaurant recommendations for Chania Town. The hotel is located in a quiet location, close to two great beaches and right next to a bus stop that takes you into Chania. There was also a Lidl and a supermarket just up the road from the hotel. My top tip would be to go to the mini-mart around the back of the hotel and buy some bus tickets at a cheaper price than what you pay on the bus. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. It truly is excellent and it will go from strength to strength. I hope to return one day.

My wife and I stayed there in room 103 with a garden view (basically a small flower bed ) 🤣 that was the only complaint ,😖I would have to say about the place , but we did have a stunning mountain view .Breakfast was fresh and varied, The staff were polite and very helpful the room was comfortable with a lovely shower and comfortable bed . For the ladies my wife took her Dyson hairdryer and confessed the hotel hairdryer was more than adequate and didn’t bother unpacking her dryer. The pools were lovely and clean and I will be returning. The beaches nearby were nice ,€10 for a parasol and two sun beds ,our favourite restaurant we found with traditional food was the Farmer’s house a 5 minute walk along side the park . If you want a relaxing break here’s the place to go .

We are so glad our travel agent found this beautiful hotel as we booked quite late. Spotlessly clean, lovely grounds, friendly staff and good food. Really appreciated the quality bed linen and towels. It was the end of the season so everything winding down but food still beautifully presented and served - if a little pricey at times. Breakfast was fantastic so much variety- hot and cold. Nice area to walk around and regular bus service to Chania which we visited twice. Bonus no children under 16 years of age. Will recommend and hope to visit again.

From the moment we entered Airis, I felt a level of service that I found exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful, booking and rescheduling reservations for us, offering to call taxis, recommending dinner spots. The property is beautiful. 2 pools laid out with a bar in the middle, a wonderful breakfast nook, and our room was a comfortable size with a gorgeous bathroom and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The value for the rates, exceeded my expectations. The breakfast every morning was delicious and had many options. I would skip the dinner, as there are plentiful better food options in the area. It's also walking distance to 3 beaches, which is why we chose this location. For a first time visitor, I thought it was the optimal location. I would love to come back here!

Wonderful Find. Beautiful hotel, great location, excellent staff, fantastic breakfast and rooms. Music on Tueaday evening was a wonderful surprise, and Magirita Cox is an amazing singer. We booked last minute as we were staying in Elounda. We wanted to experience the other side of Crete. I'm glad we did. Adult only. Very classy.

We had a great stay here. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned to a high standard and all areas of the property were clean and well cared for. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful and included plenty of local products. The daily delivery of bottled water was much appreciated. Airis is in an excellent location - lovely beaches at the bottom of the road and a 50 minute coastal walk into the heart of Chania (the bus back stops nearby!). We look forward to returning!

best hotel i’ve ever stayed in!! Luxury room and hotel. There is too nice pools beside a good selection of sun beds and loungers. The food is amazing best baguette and pasta i’ve had. The breakfast included is also delicious everyday. The staff are all very attentive and helpful, if you’re looking for a place to stay neat chania this is the place! There is a bus stop 30 seconds walk away which takes you into chania in 20 minutes and a beach about a 2 min walk which is very pretty. a taxi back from chania is also only €10. No complaints atall.

We had an amazing week at Airis as a final destination for our three week vacation in Crete. The hotel was super clean, modern and calm. Almost had a spa-vibe to it. The service is impeccable with staff carrying your bags to your room when arriving and always giving great service. The breakfast has a lot of options and there are usually tables even during busy hours. There are two pools (one big and one smaller) divided by the pool bar. You pick up fresh pool towels every day from the reception and you don’t have to rush to get a chair in the morning which is nice. We had lunch by the pool every day and the portions are big so perfect for sharing. Comparing to other hotels on Crete, it’s quite expensive. For example, a beer costs € 6.50 at Airis when it costs between € 4.50-5 at the other hotels and pool bars we went to, but the bar/restaurant staff is friendly. A public beach is close by but there’s not really a restaurant by the beach and two chairs costs € 12 even if you arrive in the afternoon, so we spent all days but one by the pool at the hotel. The area is not really tourist-y, it’s more suburban, so not many restaurants nearby. However, there’s a bus stop to Chania just by the hotel. A one-way trip is €2 and takes 15/20 minutes with good air conditioning so we did that most night. Chania is amazing and there are so many great restaurants in the old town, so it became routine for us. Would definitely recommend for a couple who wants to chill and enjoy some adults only time!
