"The hotel was large and new, and the breakfast was great, but the faucet in my room was broken, and there was no non-slip mat in the bathtub, so I slipped and fell. I reported this to their manager and the front desk, and they came to repair the faucet promptly and provided a non-slip mat. However, they didn't offer me much further comfort. Fortunately, I'm feeling better now, and I probably didn't break any bones, but I'm still in pain. So, their service was just average."

"Difficulty checking in, no answers when room got hot at night and the in-unit AC was unresponsive. Went down to the front desk, which was very excellent at assisting with change at checkin details for us- but there wasnt anyone there nor any sign about being in break. I went outside for a drink across the street, and I had a chat with a coworker I ran into at the Caseys gas station and returned a total if 25 minutes after I left the Super 8 and still didnt see anyone. Everything else was perfect but waking up three times in sweats, and calling the front desk two of those times to no avail- was concerning because any of the other time- such as in the morning before check-out; staff was fantastically attentive- but not 24/7"
