Hotels near Walgreens Pharmacy at Presbyterian/St. Luke＇s Medical Center in Denver

This week, the restaurant staff, especially David Kookie and Jessica Voh, waited on the 100+ customers each day they had breakfast here. Besides the fact they served so many people at once, my husband and I were amazed at the effectiveness they demonstrated. They prepared the breakfast area with polished silverware, fresh coffee, replenished serving bowls with fresh fruit, sustained clean tables while keeping attentiveness with coffee refills and table checking for each of them with positive and respectful attitudes. They deserve much credit along with the rest on on staff this past week keeping pace with such volume of customers while staying cheerful.

Really clean and friendly staff !! It was near downtown and 10 minutes walk to the Convention Center, so it was really nice !! I liked the facilities such as microwave oven and sink so much, and the breakfast was good for breakfast!!

Always welcomed with a smile, great staff, helpful. Clean, quiet rooms. Great shuttle service, drivers are always nice and they’re careful with my bags, always on time, no crazy driving! Will definitely be back again!

1 of out 5 I want to start by saying I am a Hilton Honers member. This experience has made me question Hilton and whether a want to align myself with such a company. I pre-paid for 3 nights. Hilton had my money for a few weeks before my arrival, earning interest or furthering their business operations. I didn’t know that to Hilton pre-paid means non-refundable. Once they’ve got your money they are not giving it back. Upon checking into my room I realized that I didn’t get a king size bed and the smelled of cigarettes. The hotel was noisy as it was filled with guests that were attending a local concert. I stayed only one out of the three nights, and requested to leave early. I called several times requesting an early checkout and received the same very rude responses that I can’t. The fact that I’m a Hilton honors member, who has stayed at many locations around the nation, and to only to receive such horrible treatment is unacceptable. I spoke with the general manager of the location who informed me to file a case and he would follow through with providing a refund was a lie! I wrote an email over a month ago and NEVER heard back from him. Finally after a month and after me sending another email, I received an email from another manager who declined my request. They were only willing to offer some points which wouldn’t even cover 1 night. The fact that Hilton doesn’t value loyalty or is capable of providing semi-decent customer service is a clear indicator of a poor managed company. You’ve lost a valuable customer who will NEVER stay at your hotel again. I will also make it a point to ensure my family and friends don’t give you any business.

The hotel was nice for what we paid for. Most of the staff members were also very friendly. The support staff was especially nice and always happy. However there was one person at the front desk who was exceptionally rude to me on one occasion. I had called to request tissue paper and towels and spoke to a lady. She indicated they would bring it up to us (usually we had to go down to retrieve. Never did this before at other hotels.). Thirty minutes later we were still waiting on the items. I called again and a guy answered. He told me to be patient and housekeeping just arrived and will bring it. Before I could respond to ask if I can just come for it instead HE HUNG UP ON ME. I had to call back and ask that question. I thought it was so rude for him to tell me to be patient AFTER 30 MINUTES and hang up on me. I didn’t get his name but I remember he wore a nice yellow blazer one day during the trip.

My wife and I got married last year at Woolley's. So, for our first anniversary we returned to Woolley's for a night's stay. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant Saturday evening and then had the buffet breakfast Sunday morning. The atrium in Woolley's provides a peaceful place to relax. The location is excellent, it is very convenient in the city centre, shopping and eating around. Hotel facilities are new, very clean and upscale, the service is friendly, the phone is hot and so on.

First off let me say the management at this hotel is the worse I have ever experienced , on my stay of September 19th I got ready and went out to eat as coming back into my room I saw a bed bug and called down to the front desk to express my concern to management and show her the picture of the bed bug and they switched me rooms, as I was looking around in the new room I saw that the fire alarm was tapped off allowing no air to enter it to sense smoke , I brought these concerns to the front desk lady the next morning and she told me management would be getting in contact with me waited all day and heard nothing I called them and got laughed at and made it seem like it wasn’t a concern to them and they said they inspected both rooms and found no bed bugs or alarm taped up , as far as the bed bugs go they don’t just disappear by them selfs , as for the hotel I was never comped my room or a sorry from anymore on the property just be careful saying here
