it is located near a quite river, but my room was close to the street. The room feels quite small though, the bed lining is ok. The sorrounding environment is pretty good, river, mall, starbucks, restaurants.

The wharf is the wharf as soon as you leave the hotel, with a good location. But the room is too small, and there is a TV cabinet and TV in the center of the room. duck don't have to

The whole staff was phenomenal. The Front Desk, the Bartender, breakfast team, and their Supervisor were so attentive and polite. The Bartender Ms. Arnita and her Supervisor were the individuals that stood out during my stay.

Everything you need from a hotel was good.
We got two rooms, one was serviced and the other ignored.
The folks at the front desk, need some help with customer service.
They were not helpful at all when we asked questions about the area.
Just google was their answer.

The hotel stated check- in at 3pm. We did not get to check in our room til 4:35pm after multiple times of letting front desk know we had reservations at 5p and needed to change and freshen.
The hotel does not reserve parking for those who stay. We had to park 5 blocks down then walk to and from our car. You pay for waterfront amenities, but get a subpar experience. I think cheaper hotels in the area would give better service.

All within a mile of the monuments and museums, easy to walk or Uber. Great dining and shopping options. Easy to and from their airport. The staff were helpful and so nice!

Perfect spot at the Wharf, with shops, restaurants, bars all around. Close to the s room in DC proper. Comfy bed. All amenities and a fabulous breakfast.

The location was fantastic, the AC did not get cool enough and the water pressure is non existent, the shower just dribbles.
