Super kind and helpful family running the hotel. Thank you for making my stay extremely pleasant.
Enjoyed wonderful dinners in the candle light, and ofcourse as a Finn the Sauna incl. pool.

Let's start with the (only) bas: we had to change rooms as we staid for two nights and payment via booking/Amex was not seamless. The room is normal and the hotel looks like a traditional Heidi type chalet. The breakfast is just wonderfull with a lot of various dishes that are excellent. The dinner is just amazing: fantastic Italian antipasti, a nice slad that changes every day, then a delicious primi piatti and a great secundi piatti: the diner is worth staying at this comfortable hotel on a half board way; not cheap but food is plenty and excellent . The staff is very nice.

Abbiamo scoperto casualmente questa meravigliosa struttura 3 anni fa e da allora non ci facciamo mancare una settimana a Natale e una a febbraio. La struttura offre ogni tipo di confort dalla camera, una bellissima spa, piscina, ma non da dimenticare la cucina da vero ristorante di alto livello. Un soggiorno che è una vera coccola, il calore della famiglia Pircher ti avvolge in un caldo abbraccio, nulla è mai lasciato al caso, per non parlare della cortesia e disponibilità di Zoran. Grazie, torneremo ogni anno! Mirjam, Marco, Ludovica e Beatrice.

Hotel tre stelle poco distante dal centro di Dobbiaco. I punti forti sono l'accoglienza dei gestori e la qualità del cibo servito. Camere semplici ma molto pulite e con tutti gli optional necessari. Piscina interna e spa gradevoli. Location che consiglio.

Hotel in ottima posizione , pulizia cortesia gentilezza tutto sotto la supervisione della Sig.ra Rosalinda persona squisita , ristorante di ottima qualità e colazioni ottime e varie di dolce e salato. Servizio cortesia disponibilità ottimi, gestito in gran parte dalla famiglia con ottimi collaboratori. Grazie siamo stati benissimo.

Siamo dei girovaghi delle Dolomiti e dopo aver soggiornato presso il vostro albergo cambieremo questa nostra abitudine e torneremo senz'altro perché ci siamo trovati benissimo sia come ospitalità che come servizi e cucina. Io e mio marito abbiamo appena trascorso 10 giorni all'hotel Gratschwirt ed è stata una piacevolissima vacanza. Camera sempre molto pulita , bagno ampio e dotato di ogni cosa. Ottima e abbondante la colazione sia dolce che salata, torte sempre fresche e diverse, frutta fresca, marmellate e molto altro ancora. Ottima la cena dall'antipasto al dolce, mai ripetitiva e con prodotti di ottima qualità! Ambiente esterno con zona idromassaggio e lettini molto ben curato e rilassante. Per ultimo vorrei sottolineare la professionalità e la disponibilità di Zoran, la simpatia e l'allegria di Jessica e la preziosa presenza della Sig.ra Rosalinde con la quale abbiamo fatto piacevoli chiacchierate bevendo i suoi ottimi caffè Milano-Napoli. Che altro dire: consiglio vivamente questa ottima location per trascorrere le vostre vacanze. Un caro saluto a tutti. Forma (inGrassi)!!!

Sono stati una bella scoperta, capitati lì per caso, hotel a conduzione famigliare, tutti di una gentilezza che non è facile trovare. Stanze e hotel pulitissimo. Ristorante voto 10, sia come cucina che come servizio. Il direttore di sala ti cura dalla prima colazione alla cena con una gentilezza trovata in pochi hotel. Per la sera di ferragosto ci hanno deliziato con una cena top, piano bar e ci hanno omaggiato di una foto ricordo, sono stati davvero carini. Se dovessimo tornare da quelle parti sicuramente saranno la prima scelta. Consigliato a qualsiasi tipo di clientela, coppia o famiglia.
