Atour Hotel - Excellent Service in Dongguan
My stay at Atour Hotel near Shanmei metro station was exceptional. The reception staff, particularly Chen Minmin, were incredibly helpful despite the language barrier. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my experience. The hotel provided a comfortable and peaceful environment, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend Atour Hotel for anyone visiting Dongguan.

朋友聚會後臨時找的酒店，房間很大，就是洗手間設備有損壞，希望酒店能及時修理或者更新，對客人的入住體驗來説會更好。

距離珊美地鐵站很久，差不多2～300公尺，交通很方便，樓下就有便利店，附近吃的也滿多，還有購物中心，地理位置優越。房間中規中矩，沒什麼佈置，有一對小桌椅，主要是洗手間有些失望，看介紹2023年新裝潢，但衛浴設備挺陳舊，我住的房間剛好衛生紙架歪掉了，衛生紙一直掉下來，不方便，廁所插頭也插不緊會掉下來，不過房價很便宜就是了！

祝願酒店有朝一日能從小鎮上走向大城市。前提是酒店老闆要大氣一點，像個老闆的樣子，例如酒店某些自身原因做的不好，導致房間無法交付，老闆應該拿出老闆的格局，房間直接送給客人免費住。

剛開業的酒店環境很新，房間很大，設計的也很有個性，很喜歡這樣的房型帶大大的落地窗很有氛圍感，主要是地理位置也挺好，就在萬達地鐵附近，周邊也挺熱鬧，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，致電前台也很耐心的解答疑問，出差的不二之選，強烈推薦
