Needs improvement in cleanliness of rooms and the room stated non smoking room but there was an astray on the table therefore the air purifier was put in the room, but the smoke smell still there. The location is quite convenient for dim sum and hairstyling.

A really excellent choice of hotel, the hotel room is phenomenal for the price and is extremely clean and modern, the toilet is clean, modern and with very strong and hot water, amenities are as expected for a lower cost hotel, no safe, fridge but other than that, it is really excellent. View out is a miss though, View is that of a courtyard and not towards the river.

酒店位置稍偏，旁邊是小區，很安靜，距離百花時代廣場也很近，車程也就一腳油門的事，房間採光很好，12樓看雨還是挺恰意的，前台小藝哥哥辦理入住也很迅速，有需要也幫得很及時，有機會還會選擇這裏，贊一個。

這家酒店的服務態度令人感到温暖舒心，服務員們總是微笑着問候我們，讓我們感到非常親切，房間的清潔也非常到位，床品舒適乾淨，讓人感到賓至如歸的感覺，地理位置稍微偏了點，像是在工業小區裏的那種，好在夠安靜，停車也是免費的，開車出去天虹購物中心也就5分鐘不到，熱鬧中又可以享受安靜，挺好的。

第一次入住麗楓酒店，聽説是中端型的，所以來體驗體驗。因為入住比較晚，所以很累了，前台辦理入住很迅速，快速回房間得到了休息，辦理入住途中温馨提示也很多，比如WiFi洗衣房早餐停車，電梯上到樓層很香，應該是薰衣草的味道，再者就是房間設施設備很新，衞生也很乾凈，有3秒即熱熱水器，空氣凈化器，窗户很大，採光很好，天氣熱，離店的時候前台小姐姐還給了兩瓶礦泉水，贊。

住了一晚上，感覺非常不錯。衞生這塊是很乾凈的。看起來就有一種非常放心入住的感覺。還有就是得表揚一下他們前台，辦入住的時候因為我不怎麼説話，前台很細心提醒了我一些注意事項，比如停車，周邊環境等等。半夜的時候，房間礦泉水喝完了，聯繫前台2分鐘內馬上就送上來了，我還以為晚上要很久，沒想到這麼快！比我之前住的幾百的都好！退房的時候，我不是開車嘛。他們主動詢問我要不要帶幾瓶水，我挺滿意的就拿了兩瓶！對於這次入住，如果簡單用幾個字形容就是：乾淨，服務周到，住的温馨！

酒店位置稍微比較偏了點，但房型很寬敞很大很安靜，光線很好，樓下就是一條河很適合散步晨跑，風景還算可以，房間還備了冰箱，可惜不能急凍衹能保鮮，整體來説還是非常不錯的，下次還會選擇這裏。
