空調不製冷，開16度，坐着仍然出汗，房間四壁二壁西曬，頂樓加裝一間房的，其它設施可以，沒有墊腳墊和桌子的配備，

每次出行都選擇7天快捷酒店。第一次住7天這麼失望。床頭頂的燈關了之後一直在閃，就好像房間裏面閃電一樣。凌晨一點多，聯繫前台處理，大叔提議換房，但是都睡覺了，被閃醒了，就沒換房，讓大叔幫忙把燈拆掉。
結果第二天早上刷牙，發現有一個蟑螂在我的牙刷盒旁邊😭
地下有停車場，就好像**一樣，地下停車場門頂上有一衹超大蟑螂，入住時在，退房時候還在，很討厭蟑螂。

房間乾淨整潔、前台服務也挺熱情的給介紹了附近遊玩的景點和各種好吃的美食越南雞粉和越南風味炒螺真的很不錯呢、酒店的自助早餐也豐富吃得很飽，停車也好方便。

床很大，家庭房空調衹能不行，可能是房間太大了，勝在價格適合，賓館後面有小吃街，房間略顯得破舊，衞生間還有瓜子殼。

説好的有早餐，等於沒有，説好9點半才結束，9點上去就沒有了，而且碗都沒有放在消毒櫃裏隨意擺放。下去一樓跟前台小姐姐反應一下態度非常不好，接着打哪個店長的投訴電話都打不通，我還是錦江白金卡會員，在錦江上的價格還比攜程上的貴，第一次住到錦江旗下的酒店這麼差，我都想在錦江上投訴他們店了，以後也不會來了，這麼差的服務，從來都不會評價差，第一次！！！！？
