賓館挺不錯的，乾淨衞生，第二次入住了，前台服務人員態度很好，離橫店明清宮苑不遠，晚上明清宮苑那邊很熱鬧，節目很多，

離明清宮苑一公里，清靜好停車，服務也挺不錯。附近有沙田小吃早餐。但衞生真的太差太差太差了，估計太舊了不好升級，但真心太差了

設備都舊了，房門的鎖還壞了，有條件的還是不要住這裏了，最好的一點可能就是價格在春節期間也還不貴。

就這個價位的房型是我住過最爛的 床頭挨着窗户然後拉起窗簾 頭直接在窗簾下面 被子也是有破洞 整個房間一股黴味還有蜘蛛網 整個房間就兩個插座 插座還是裸露外面 房間裏也沒有吹風機 唯一一個好的點就是服務好一點還可以行李寄存 離其中兩個景區近一點 國慶翻倍我能理解 但是您這是真一點也不值 就事論事 以後出去遊玩該花得花 別遊玩一天累了回賓館睡覺還折磨自己 （好在全程我自己帶了一次性的被套浴巾洗漱的東西） 還有一點就是這個隔音巨爛 每天早上6點多就開始各種聲音 一點也不隔音

衞生：不是很樂觀，被同行的説了一通。N年沒翻新了，房間裏都是蜘蛛網，為什麼沒人打掃，床鋪還發黴，三人房衹有一雙拖鞋咋穿呢？老闆上點心吧
