My wife and I stayed at the Grosvenor House for only 1-night during our stopover in Dubai for our honeymoon. We arrived at the hotel at 7:00am after taking a redeye flight and were exhausted. The reception staff was very friendly and worked diligently to get us into the first available room and a complimentary upgrade. The concierge was also helpful in planning activities and providing recommendations. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had an excellent variety of food options. The pool area is nice and relaxing and perfect way to cool off from the heat. We went to Buddha-Bar for dinner/drinks and it was a fun experience with delicious food, and located in the hotel. The location was great since you can walk around the marina in the evening and watch all the boats. We also had cocktails at Bar 44 to end the night. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend the Grosvenor House.

We stayed at the HGR at the beginning of September. We were very impressed from the beginning.At check- in we asked as it was our 30th wedding anniversary if another room on a higher level was available, we had been given a garden room . Nazima from customer services was excellent, she showed us a few rooms & moved us . We were half board & I must say the food was very good . Good selection at breakfast and evening meal you had a choice of other restaurants on site to eat at ,all good food & great customer service. The polo bar which we used earlier evening every day was excellent & Hannah was very friendly & we all thought her customer service was brilliant. All in all a great friendly hotel & would definitely return.

We booked a 160-flat 2 bedroom suite, the room is really big, look at the Palm Island, but our floor is not high, 15 floors, not obvious, it is estimated that more than 30 layers will be clearer. The service of the hotel is very good and everyone is very enthusiastic! Carrefour is not far away, you can buy food and cook for yourself. We basically cook for ourselves! The traffic is also convenient, we are self-driving, the hotel is to help stop the car, and there are subway stations not far from the surrounding, just a few hundred meters away! In short, it is a very good hotel, it is recommended!

Sure, you can spend 4 times more and stay in classier places, but why would you?This really is a hidden gem. We have not stayed in an Apart Hotel before, but basically, you get the apartment space (300sqm) with the all the facilities and rooms serviced daily. There isn't a restaurant at the facility, but there are dozens of places within a few hundred yards. There really is nothing negative to say about this place, so here are my main points; - The staff are happy and absolutely excellent... 5* service and everyone is so helpful - The gym is an actual proper gym and not one of these 'fitness rooms' that so many hotels disappoint you with.. absolutely fantastic - The pool is smallish but fine - The room was phenomenal. There was just two of us bur we had 3 bedrooms, marina view and 300sqm.... yes 300sqm with a huge lounge, balcony and great kitchen - The apartment had everything you need with washing machine, full kitchen and utensils, plates, glasses and a huge fridge / freezer, Iron etc.. You don't need to bring anything - The location is perfect, right on the front line of the marina and within 100yards there are shops, restaurants, Starbucks, Alcohol Shop.... everything! So many choices and JBR Walk is so close We have stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home so hopefully, you get the impression that we loved this place and will 100% return. The only thing, like many properties, is that it was much cheaper to book via Expedia than direct with the property... I never understand this, but anyway, Well Done Marina Hotel Apartments, a fantastic find in Dubai and see you again.

The hotel is conveniently located, on one side of the shopping center in a 7-minute walk, there are many grocery stores nearby, a walking area. Lots of playgrounds nearby within walking distance. The best is opposite the shopping center across the bridge. There are warm pools. We got a room with 2 bedrooms and 3 balconies. There is a microwave and a washing machine, there is no dishwasher, but the staff washes if you leave it in the sink.

We stayed in this hotel twice, in October 2022 and May 2023 and every time I'll come to Dubai I will stay here again, because the hotel is excellently located, very close to the Dubai Marina Mall, from the tram and metro stations and Jumeirah Beach. The comfort of the rooms is very good and the cleanliness perfect. Not to mention the kindness of the staff, especially Mr. Usman from the reception desk, who gave us prompt explanations and solutions to any problem we had.
