The main issue I wish to report is that the hotel staff never bothered to inform us that a negative PCR test was needed to check in. When reproached the fact, the only response at the check-in desk was a blank stare and some stupid giggling... In times when travelling is such a constant hassle, THIS IS SIMPLY UNACCEOTABLE...!

提前聯繫了酒店接機，並且非常準時到來了，還有小姐姐提前聯繫我告知當天的天氣温度，服務特別好，很有禮貌，早餐的牛肉麪也好吃，房間裏的泡腳盆泡腳非常舒服，還貼心的準備了各種足浴包，房間也很温馨！強烈推薦！

酒店房間窗户通風效果特別好，衞生條件好，有智能馬桶，房間舒適。早餐特別豐盛，蘭州牛肉麪、羊肉粉湯、包子、油條、各種蔬菜、豆漿、牛奶，味道超讚！！！

老牌四星，各方面中規中矩，馬桶是智能馬桶，這點相當滿意。早餐的牛肉麪、豆漿好吃，就是品種基本不變，住了三天，最後感覺有點膩了。

服務：提前一天預訂了機場接，結果到了之後聯繫了兩次沒有接，之後自己打車過去，酒店給報銷。
環境：房間和另一個房間中間有一個鎖着的門，隔壁房間的動靜聽得很清楚。
設施：洗澡的花灑在浴缸上面，需要站在浴缸裏面洗澡。
周邊:距離夜市比較近，晚上出去逛比較方便，去月牙泉距離三路公交車也不遠。

酒店就在市中心，走路就能到敦煌夜市，貼隔壁的七星樓也是當地推薦的很好吃價格也實惠。窗口能遠遠看到沙鳴山，去景點自駕也都不遠。房間挺大的 我訂的三人間，雖然飯店挺老了，但是打掃很乾凈，服務員很客氣，停車位不多，但是總有的停，看門大爺還有院子的鑰匙，停滿了可以進去那裡停。早飯很西北，很豐富，就是咖啡不是現磨的。五百多塊三人間三張床帶早飯，暑假特旺季去的，挺好了我滿足了。

酒店位置較好，離鳴沙山和莫高窟距離都差不多14公里左右，開車不到20分鐘，離沙洲夜市步行不到10分鐘，附近餐飲也比較多。設施較好，乾淨衞生整潔。早餐比較豐富。服務好，停車還給免費洗了個車，點贊。
