This hotel is really my favorite hotel in the past few days in the UK. In fact, it is only a long way up the slope from Edinburgh Waverley Station, but I took a taxi with my luggage and arrived in a few minutes. I booked a room with a terrace online for two days, but for some reason (maybe the hotel is too popular), she took me to a terrace overlooking the patio on the first day. I didn't like it very much. If I live upstairs, there will be no terrace. I negotiated with their manager and if I live upstairs, there will be no terrace on the first day. On the second day, I can upgrade to a terrace for free (a bit speechless, but I don't want to be affected by such things when I go out to play). So I think it's better to live upstairs for one day without a terrace. On the second day, they changed my room. Edinburgh is really a great city. The whole city has a medieval a**osphere. Jay Chou's MV "Obviously" was also shot in Edinburgh, a city named after romance, especially on rainy days, it's great! But at least three days are required, not too short, so that you can have fun without being too rushed! So after changing to a room with a terrace on the second day, I booked another day! I really like the room they changed for me this time. The overall feeling is very nice.

I booked a terrace room. It was unnecessary! I took the elevator to the third floor, and then walked around in a corner and took the stairs to the fourth floor... I couldn't see anything on the terrace, and it was windy in Edinburgh... It was unnecessary. Everything else was pretty good. The room was okay! I had a couple of drinks at the bar in the evening. The cocktails were okay. The breakfast was also good, with Libyan ham and smoked salmon. It was richer than the average hotel.

Environment: The overall environment is very good, the room is cleaned very well, especially the corners are free of stains. The used bath towels are replaced every day, the bed is made, and there is a special dressing table in the room. Service: The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and greeted, and luggage can be stored 🧳 (Maybe Edinburgh is an old city, my friend said that the room was a little noisy at night 👻, but it did not affect the rest, it is worth experiencing)

At this price, I stayed at the Marriott Intercontinental Metropolis. Okay, the whole ancient city is not big.

The Old Scotland Hotel is not big, the rooms are also small, the staff are quite enthusiastic and patiently explain how to play, the breakfast is very basic and average, you can order breakfast but you need to pay extra.
