Good: location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Could improve: Only electric outlets are all in use by lamps, TV, and fridge so you have to unplug things a lot. No drinking water, glasses, or coffee in rooms. Pillow cases open on both ends so slip off easily. No minibar as listed for the room. Overall suited our needs but could have been better.

The place is away from the busy downtown, but close enough to drive or walk to.The beds were comfortable.We had a good view of the lake, too.

I stayed here for about a week, it was great. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. Comfortable bed and amazing views. It was quiet and relaxing and just a short walk from the main street of el Calafate.
Would definitely stay here again!

The inn is spacious and the rooms are spacious and clean, not a minor feature. The curtains, bedspreads and towels need to be renewed!! They detract from other positive features and detract from the hotel. I also suggest improving the quality and variety of the products offered at breakfast, which are scarce and not very tempting for the pretense of a "buffet". The energy, kindness and efficiency of Alejandro and his colleague at the reception are remarkable, both taking care of so many things and so well (the staff should be reinforced because they are too overloaded with so much tourism!!)

During our stay we felt very well cared for, the rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, the place was very warm to be with the family. Breakfast 10/10, I will only leave some recommendations, not complaints. Perhaps a waste bin in the room, and I would put a larger wastebasket in the bathroom, which was very small. Regarding the distances, it is close to the center, we were driving, however, we preferred to walk, the city is safe and beautiful. What if there are some very steep streets and that tires those who are a bit sedentary.

El servicio muy bueno y las condiciones del hotel también. La habitación muy amplia, aunque se veía que limpiaban sólo por encima. El personal estuvo siempre muy atento a lo que necesitamos y muy amable. El desayuno rico aunque no muy variado. En general la experiencia fue buena, salvo porque el internet era extremadamente deficiente. Nos dijeron que era lento porque todos los huéspedes se conectaban a la misma hora (después de los tours) y se saturaba, pero en realidad esto sucedía a todas horas.
