Hotel service could’ve been way better than expected! Great location being near the beach, but as far as needing extra pillows or having a toilet that couldn’t flush once I arrived was not helpful. I wish this hotel can be equipped with more pride in services rather than saying sorry.

The room facilities are incomplete, there is no phone ☎️, and they refuse to provide morning call service. The attitude is unsatisfactory. First time trying this hotel chain, so far, won't be fooled again

The TV is not working and the sink was clogged and we call the front desk, no body answered, we only stay one night, but this place they needs to keep it cleaner.

Wi-fi did not reach our room. Hallways smelled. Front desk staff was so tired. She had to leave front desk so she can clean the rooms. Cleaning people didn’t show up. Some guests just left. Conveniently located near the freeway. Not too far from Legoland.

My room was not ready. No one there to clean it. It was 9pm. Cockroach problem. Was relocated to another less expensive hotel by ******* and billed for the higher rate. I demand a full refund to my credit card.

Emily at the front desk made check in super easy even with the hotel going through some renovations and key card issues. There was trash still left in our fridge but room cleanliness was fine other than that. Beds were super comfy and overall I would stay here again if needed
