It was aweful to stay here, noisy neighbors kept slamming their doors and hallwayexit doors as well as stomped everywhere they went. Do not recommend at all. Also no coffeemaker in the room just cups. Could not get any sleep all becase of the noises next door it went until 12am ehen i finally fell asleep and they were at it again at 5am like where the hell is the peace and quiet!

Dirty sock on the cabinet as soon as you open the room door, then a used wash cloth sitting on the bottom of the bathtub.

Nasty hotel. Read the other reviews - didn’t take them too seriously as all we wanted was a basic hotel. We don’t need any amenities. Beds were clean however the bed frame was broken and the mattress was tilted downward at the head of the bed. Bathrooms were dirty - tub was scummy. Hotel is LOUD. Walls are super thin. Spoke to the hotel receptionist a few times - they were pleasant.

Minimal is the best word to describe this Red LIon. No services, breakfast area down( no coffee anywhere), shady area for a hotel, room had little to no amenities, noisy neighbors upstairs. I actually felt a little unsafe.

The lobby was small and not welcoming or comfortable. Fridge out front was empty. Room’s beds were solid like sleeping in plywood. There was little walking room, no hooks for bags and little shelving for bags. No hairdryer, only 2 towels. The piping under the sink wasn’t sealed, and were wobbly and leaking water everytime the sink was on. There was a covered utility hole by the beds that had a lid taped over it. The tap was not sticky anymore because of so much hair stuck to it.

I had to move my client to a different hotel because the staff there was rude and unaccommodating.

Communication was poor, didn’t say anywhere when breakfast was. No info on if they had WIFI or not.

I got two rooms, and both rooms tubs were disgusting, one of the beds were also lopsided too.

Clean rooms, no frills. We found it ideal for being very close to the hospital (I was having a procedure). The parking is excellent.

there was no coffee for us (not even in the money or room) there was no breakfast. there were not enough blankets (did get those) someone was supposed to fix our tv but never came up after several calls from us, a spanish girl came up who could barelly speak English told us she did not know how to fix it. we wont go ther again.

Have stayed at several hotels through *******. & genuinely love the red lion and all of they times we have stayed in one & also don’t mind paying a little more to stay in Red Lion if there’s one in the area; but this experience was not good, at all. I took photos & videos several times throughout our stay. Our room was not serviced at all the entire 4 1/2 day stay. I had asked the front desk twice on the 3rd day & was told it would be done at 4 and nobody every came. & not the next day either. We had to go buy toilet paper. We didn’t get clean towels the entire time or clean sheets. The bed frame bars were sticking out & was unmoveable, due to that, I have pictures of the blood & bruising on myself, my kids & their dad from hitting our shin/ankle/feet on the bars repeatedly. The first room they put us in was over twice the size & none of the keys to the room were working, so we got switched to a room at the beginning of the hall. I don’t like to complain & typically would just let it go, but I expected so much more for myself & my kids during an already stressful time.

Staff very helpful, but microwave missing parts, no glasses, coffee only available down the hall, furniture in disrepair, no ice machine, lobby restroom dirty.

Our stay was generally good and the staff was courteous. A male staff member came into my daughters room unannounced one morning and really frightened the 2 of them. They were left a disturbed by the incident.
